Close to JR Shin-Osaka Station. Expecting for more Cleanliness.
Long story short this hotel is bad. Cons: Smells of cigarettes and is small, overpriced and half of the things are broken. Most of the rooms — at least on level 5 — smells of cigarettes. The rooms are small for $200+ per night (2 person). A lot of things are broken or are buget too the point that they are almost a fire hasards. There is no room service. The "NO SMOKING" rooms smell of cigarettes and look poorly kept. The view is almost beyond terrible — slabs of grey concrete with a train passing by every 1 or so minutes. The Wi-Fi is crazy slow and almost beyond use. The drains do not have covers and some of the toilets leak all over the floor. The rooms are generally dirty and not super well kept. Does not have a safe. The vending machines are nearly always empty and the ones that contain some drinks are short of range and in the smoking room. The nearest convenience store is about a 5min walk through some small streets — familymart. Pros: Has Wi-Fi. Has a couch in double rooms. Has public baths. Has an air conditioning unit. Near to the train station. Has a bathroom. Has a very small freezer. Has "free" breakfast.

Reserved this hotel just a few hours prior. I was on the final shinkansen to osaka so I needed a place to stay. The onsen was a very nice amenity. The room was basic, but it did its job as a crash pad.
