The room is too small but we were confortable.

Stayed Twin Studio. Too small and even not enough to open baggage. Room is too hot.

Friendly staffs. However, the room is not good.
I found trash on the floor, and the bathroom is smelly.
The breakfast was OK. The hotel is not recommended, its first floor hall needs to take the stairs, for carrying the baggage of the person without lift is simply torture (although the hotel staff can be asked to help move). The room was really small, the two single beds could not be spread out in 29-inch suitcases, the bathroom smelled, and the shower curtain was too old to smell. The bed felt like a mattress on a four-legged marching bed, and there was a litter of former tenants on the floor. The first time in Japan to live in a clean and poor hotel, and the price is not very cheap, feel very disappointed.

Nice location, but very bad reception! Do not recommend if you have kids. Not kids friendly! My mum was told off by one of the staff because she took some food for my two year old daughter, even though it was saying that it was free for her age. The staff did not ask for her age! Worst reception ever! Rooms and toilet are ridiculously small! Breakfast was great though!

Great location. Osaka Castle is just around the corner, a Tenmabashi station entrance is just next to it, it is easy to get to USJ and Dotonbori. Rooms are very small — typical Japanese business hotel size; but the beds were clean and comfortable. Didn't try it but there is a breakfast buffet available for around ¥1300.

Good value. Great service! Staff are polite, friendly, and helpful, even late at night. My single room was tiny but had good amenities. There is the Life Supermarket open till 1 AM not far away. On-site coin laundry, large lobby with TV, desks, and vending machines. This was the first and original location of the Keihan Hotel chain! It has been renovated sometime recently as well. It is really close to the Keihan Tenmabashi line, which is super easy for going to Kyoto or other popular areas in Osaka.

It was a very small room with all the comforts, except for the empty fridge.

Location was nice, since it was nice a train station that goes to Kyoto/other Osaka stations (less than a block). There are a number of places to eat nearby, but possibly not as many as a few other locations might offer. Price was good for the three nights and has good Wi-Fi throughout the building. Room was a bit small for two people, though since the room was only used to sleep in the space did not matter much. The staff, with my few interactions, know English well, which is always a plus. Overall, great experience for a good price. If all the rooms are the same size, I'd suggest 1-2 people per room if you don't mind sharing a bed.

Near subway… many good eats to find… near in the top places that you must visit in Osaka (Osaka castle, Osaka aquariun, Tennoji temple) … I liked also the buffet breakfast.

The room was what I expected, but the value is tremendous. I would go to this hotel again if I was in Osaka. It was easy to get to and the staff was friendly.

I was expecting the room to be small but I was blown away at how small it actually is in person. We had two luggages and backpacks. That basically occupied the entire walking space. Good luck not tripping/falling over at night. The bathroom size is a nightmare. There were only enough standing room for one. So no kinky in the bathroom for those of you are into that type of fetish. Apart from the size, the room was actually well cleaned.

Room is entirely too small and smells. The website lied about the size of the room. Bed is twin size, and there is no closet. They provide you with four hangers. Your luggage takes up the aisle way, so you have to climb to get into the bed. Be prepared to live out of a suitcase because there is no room to unpack. From the bed to the wall is 18 inches. Impossible for two people to move around. If you are taller than six feet, you have to crouch in the bathroom area. You cannot control the air conditioning/heating settings for the room. And when you check in, there is a hidden accommodation fee for tourists on top of the room fee and taxes. For the best description, I feel as though my husband is the Hulk when he walks around in the room because it is so small, definitely not for couples! And the front desk only provides one key for the room. The surrounding area is pretty dead and has very few options for restaurants and stores. All in all, I wish I knew the size and condition of the room upfront, then I would have picked a better hotel.

Nice Clean Business Hotel. The exit from Temmabashi station is just nearby which provide speedy access from station to hotel. Front Desk also sells the Osaka Amazing Pass.

It's currently under renovation. No escalator or lift from street to lobby. Must carry luggage up the stairs. Less than 5 minutes from train station even with luggage if you know the way.

Typical Japanese business hotel, small and compact. Now the rooms and facility are under renovation. Front desk is friendly and English speaking.

Feel hotel is old, the beds were not comfortable, the pillows in the room, the sound is almost the recommended choice.

Good to sleep. Small bedrooms (Japanese style) but well equipped.

The room is clean but too small, especially the bathroom. There is a smell of smoking even in non-smoking room. Furthermore, the stairs in the main entrance are inconvenience for luggages.

Small rooms but well equipped and also english guides. On othernhand furnitures are quite old. Praising words aint enought for staff I had to wait 10 minutes in lounge when ariwed before room was ready, she literally runned towards me to give me my room key.
