Functional but comfortable hotel close to the airport. The rooms are slightly small with bland decor. The bathtub is smaller too but the shower had good pressure with hot water. All the usual amenities provided — razor, toothbrush, pyjamas, etc. It's about 5-10 minutes walk downhill from JR Narita station. They have a free airport shuttle to Narita but only ten spaces per bus can be reserved (there are more spaces though presumably for last minute additions) and it seems to run about once per hour in the morning. They say seats are first come first served.

Good for parking pre departure from the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights to visit the nearby shrine/park and we were really surprised by the quality of this place. Bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi is good, there's a portable Wi-Fi as well, and also free transfer to Narita airport, which comes in handy. There's a restaurant inside the property with good food (but a little pricey and small portions). It's a 10-15min walk to a few stores and restaurants, but the street is a little dark to walk. All in all I recommend this place for a stay near the airport!

Great value. Short taxi ride from the airport and even shorter by train. Our room is super clean, has everything we need (fridge, teapot, etc) and although a bit small by US standards, is so efficiently laid out, it beats many rooms twice its size. Great mattress. Nice staff. We will be back when transiting through Narita and needing a sleep.

Good hotel close to train station and down town Narita. Restaurant with bar is also nice. Shuttle service to/ from the airport available. Rooms are quite small but good for the money. Free Wi-Fi. Very good breakfast.

The transportation is convenient, the morning has the free feeder car to the airport, needs to make an appointment! Multiple check-in, the room maintained very well, very new, no smoke smell! The rooms are bigger than the city. It's a great place to stay for the other day! The handy of the room, free mobile phone out to find the road is very easy to use!

Ok. Convenient. 2 minutes from the case station. Clean and tidy. Mobile phone with unlimited internet). No Washing Machines ( (

A hotel of the best located in Narita. With Keisei Narita station almost opposite. Just 20 minutes from the Buddhist temple of Narita and the shopping centre. A pharmacy 10 minutes or less. The hotel bar is excellent. With very good atmosphere.

Good points: 1. The shampoos and facilities are just GREAT! They even provided febreeze like spray for your shoes. 2. Walkable distance to good food placesss. 3. Big rooms at affordable rates Bad points: 1. It will be better if breakfast starts earlier. We didnt manage to take their complementary breakfast to catch a flight. 2. They are VERY VERY STERN about the check in timing. Even though there are rooms available, we only can check in at 2pm SHARP.

I'm a family. There is an appointment, the service is very good to enjoy the Narita Airport free ride, time to the CMB only six people on the bus. (Check out the luggage, the old street stroll around to eat eel fresh meal) praise!

Nice big rooms which are rare in Japan. Very clean and well equipped. Beds, pillows and duvets super comfy. Good strong hot shower except the expel air is not strong enough. Therefore a little suffocating when staying in their with doors closed to dress up. In spite of this will surely go back to this hotel if I am in Narita.

Price was a little high at first glance, but considering the free airport shuttle and that they will hold your bags in the lobby even after you checkout for free—it’s great. I was able to stay the night on a layover and go exploring without my luggage, then make it back in time for the free airport shuttle. Rooms are small by American standards, but definitely not as small as an APA hotel. Clean rooms and friendly, English speaking receptionist. Overall very good experience.

We stayed here one night after getting in on a late flight. Transfer from NRT was easy to find and use. Neat and tidy hotel. Be aware that the rooms are tiny, we had to open our suitcases on the bed. Staff were helpful but English was a challenge at times.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was extremely receptive and helpful and they spoke good English. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay somewhere close to NRT airport and wants to be close to the train station to get a move on quickly. To get here, I would recommend taking a shuttle bus from the airport. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel itself and is easy to find, just ask the concierge.

Central hotel 2 blocks from the station 10 minutes from the temples and 15 minutes from shopping centers.

Nice hotel. Very clean and cozy (small) rooms but effective use of space with fridge and cabinets tucked under work area/built in desk. Breakfast was limited but more than enough. Liked the salad and the juices.

We arrived around 10:30pm and the staff was very helpful an courteous. She provided valuable information on how to take the train to Asakusa. The room and two twin beds were small for a family of four, but I guess it is to be expected in Japan. The breakfast was wonderful. It consisted mostly Japanese style and a little western style food. Overall a wonderful stay.

Excellent option to stay in Narita, has free airport transportation.

Solid airport hotel with good size rooms. Restaurant had an event so we could not eat there and ended up at an awful izakaya nearby. Not much else to do around here it seems though.

All amenities included hotel. Elegant and classic lines with clean interiors. Very usable for an overnight guest.

Nice hotel, reasonable price, room size is small but the usual for Japanese chain hotels, friendly staff, clean, pijamas and basic amenities, nice bed and shower, I would definitely stay here again.

A delightful hotel in Narita Town. Accessible from Narita Airport via the free hotel shuttle or via trains. Nice rooms and a good Japanese style breakfast. It's an easy walk from the hotel to the temple and garden complex.

I have the long 20 hour layover every time I fly back and forth to the US from Saipan. I must say I was very happy with Richmond Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a Lawsons just across the street next to APA Hotel. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone.

Really great hotel — close to all the restaurants in Narita town and a quick walk to Aeon Mall and supermarket. Booked a double room through Agoda. Small room that packs a lot of good features. Fridge, kettle, coffee me free tea, desk big enough for working on and they supply cables for charging your mobile phone. Very thoughtful touch. Liked how the toiletries were refillable so cutting down on packaging — even has a pump bottle with foaming hand soap. They also provide a toothbrush and toothpaste. Great value for the price and would love to stay here again for a short stay. Staff at front desk are very helpful and nothing is a problem.

Good value for money hotel conveniently located just 25 minutes from Narita Airport. They have a free Shuttle to the airport service.

Simple, small hotel with great access to Narita and Narita airport. The front desk is very helpful. Note: When I say small rooms, we are talking about very small rooms for an American's standard. Wifi and wired internet is fast and reliable.

Comfortable & clean room. Friendly & accommodating staff. Close to the Keisei Line which was very useful. Offers a free shuttle to the airport which is perfect, especially when you're dealing with 20kg backpacks! Quite a few nearby eateries which was also convenient.

Staff very friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable room and reasonable price for the one night we were there. Close to Narita which was good because it was a last minute booking because of flight issues.

Nice and clean Japanese hotel. Love it for its simplicity and distance to Narita stations for Keisei and JR lines. This is my 3rd time staying here.
