There was also a mention of a refused refund upon cancellation due to a tsunami warning, which caused significant guest dissatisfaction.

Breakfast is served in the ground-floor restaurant, where guests can choose one of four set options (two Japanese and two Western dishes), such as a cheese omelet or fish. Many praise the quality of the food, especially the dried fish and shirasu (whitebait), noting that dishes are served freshly prepared. However, some guests noted that portions can be on the smaller side and order wait times may increase during peak hours.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated in a modern Japanese style (some require removing shoes). In-room amenities include a Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access, a kettle, an air purifier, and a refrigerator (though some guests found it too small and lacking cooling power during the summer). A wide selection of complimentary disposable toiletries, including moisturizers and facial masks, is available at the front desk bar. Smoking room options are also available.

The climate control system is centrally managed throughout the building, so guests cannot adjust the temperature individually in their rooms. Consequently, rooms can become unexpectedly too warm or too cold during shoulder seasons. Guests have also noted that it can take a while to reach a comfortable temperature.
