The hotel has only two private parking spaces, which are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and therefore must be reserved in advance; the cost is 1,000 yen per night. The front desk operates until 7:00 PM. For late arrivals, staff send instructions, a password, and the location of the key via email, which is left in a mailbox. The rooms are similar to full one-bedroom apartments and are equipped with everything necessary for a long-term stay: there is a microwave, a refrigerator with a medium-sized freezer, a rice cooker, a stove, and cookware. For stays of two nights or more, kitchen utensils are provided free of charge; otherwise, a fee of 1,000 yen is charged for their use. Each room also has its own washing machine and dryer, although laundry detergent and fabric softener must be purchased separately using coins (50–100 yen). Rooms are equipped with USB ports for charging devices.

Shampoo, shower gel, and facial cleanser (2-in-1) are available in the apartments, as well as a Salonia brand hairdryer. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided free of charge, but can be purchased at the front desk using coins. A limited set of towels is provided, but they can be washed independently in the in-room washing machine.

Guests highly rate the cleanliness of the rooms, describing them as spotless, although some reviews mentioned dust on the air conditioner intake. The beds are generally described as comfortable, though some guests noted them as being too firm or too small for two adult men. The rooms have spacious balconies with clothes drying racks. The view depends on the floor: upper floors offer a pleasant view of the port, while some windows overlook a gas station.

Daily room cleaning and towel changes are not performed. Guests must take out their own trash to the second floor, using a key to access the waste area.

Opinions on the air conditioning are mixed: some guests complained that the AC performed poorly and the room was not cold enough. Regarding soundproofing, the area is generally quiet; however, one guest noted that on the 8th floor, a repeating electronic sound from the doors of a nearby car rental company was audible, which made it difficult to concentrate on work.
