This place is amazing. The condos are not huge but they are spotless and have every convenience. The view is unbelievable. The complex is nestled in the tropical mangroves that cover this part of the island and it feels like a different time outside, but inside you have heated toilet seats and a Jacuzzi tub on the deck. For people who don't speak Japanese, English isn't so common on this part of the island and the taxis don't know this area. We didn't rent a car but managed because some of our group spoke a little Japanese and the manager used Google translate. Transfer from Naha was about 25000 yen ($250) each way for 6 people. But this area is truly magical. If you're Japanese this condo is probably ok for more people with futons in the tatami room and 4 beds. We felt very comfortable with 4 adults (our 2 young adult kids like each other though so ymmv, there isn't much privacy). The closest market is a hilly 3/4 mile walk each way. There's a pizza place I would highly recommend about 1/4 mile walk and a vending machine with cold drinks. Again a car would help.
