I have a worst hotel experience in Japan in this hotel. I have a paid reservation from the 6th and for some personal reasons I came on the 7th of May. And it’s the disaster. They want in the beginning to make me pay for the 5 remaining days again. After a long discussion between the 5 people working in the reception (no one of them is speaking English) I understand they accept me again but I can’t get my room before 4 pm. As I came at 10:30 am, I had to wait 6 hours to get the room on the 7th even my reservation was paid from the 6th. My wife and I was so tired and slept in the table but they didn’t care. They gave us that key (normal key not a card and we have to give it to the reception every time we leave the room) at 3:59pm, so we were at our room at 4:02pm. I can’t change my reservation as it was paid by my company but really I recommend everyone to not try this hotel.
