Magnificent ocean views and great forest greens and two amazing golf courses hug the landscape.

Very relaxing environment. It's excellent for children with a normal pool and a simulated beach pool.

Great location to totally chill out & enjoy all the great amenities this hotel has to offer. While you are staying at the hotel visit the Pacifica Bar which has a great atmosphere & professional friendly staff. If you like you can request a song from me (the local vocalist) & my talented pianists.

Large resort that is very quiet (due to low occupancy? ). Fantastic views of the ocean from the rooms. Great buffet breakfast.

The staff members are very polite.
The trainee Shingo Kamigiku is very helpful although he is a new staff. His English is good! The two female hot springs are good but if the onsen hotter would be better.

Room is excellent and clean. Bedroom is separated with a corridor and door. Very nice design to relax your day in the room. Pirate onsen is a must to try. Have good fun with family in 90mins.

Great hotel, not crowded so it's really relaxing. Got upgraded to a corner room which is quite big, 70 square meter. Lots of variety for breakfast.

The hotel is worth the money. Hotel belongs to american group, so the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Fast uploading speed. In summer pool at bottom of tower, Bar next to the pool. Winter : Onsen (inside) and Golf. All in all one of the best choice in Miyazaki.

Tourist ghetto. Unreliable Wi-Fi. They charge guests of the hotel unbelievable price for the gym. Bad management often results into queues to cafes while there're not many options.

Really beautiful View and luxurious hotel. But the Wifi Connection in the whole hotel was really Bad. You need some luck to have Internet.

Unfortunately, the experience with the Sheraton Grande went from positive to negative rather quickly. The hotel does not show much respect towards Platinum members (who spend 50-100+ nights a year in SPG). Upon arrival, the staff are very courteous. Many of them speak English, which is a major plus. The hotel manager was super kind as we were celebrating a special occasion, putting a "Congratulations" letter in the room (+1 star). They upgraded us to a suite (I used Suite upgrades) — I was ecstatic. However, the suite consisted of 2 beds (which they then pushed together into one), and was also on the smoking floor (the room is non-smoking). There is a lot of construction going on as well, so you may notice construction workers roaming the halls. Now, the reason I am rating them lowly, is that the second you checkout, you are no longer needed on the property. For example, we came back to the hotel a bit past 4PM (our checkout time is 4PM) and asked if we could just rest in the "Club" lounge since they booked us on the 6:35PM shuttle to Haneda. At the entrance, they said no and no exceptions. I went to the SPG Gold/Platinum Desk to ask if we could go in and get a water or coffee, and they refused. While I understand that they follow rules strictly here, there was no "sorry" or anything. It was a strict "No, you are no longer staying on the property. " I thought it was rather disrespectful, especially as a Platinum member.

Biggest room I ever stayed in a hotel with 2 beds in a bedroom and another 3 beds in the living room. There was a even a couch set and dining table in the living room. The bathroom is big and spacious, and with two toilets, it was a breeze for us 5 adults staying in the family suite with sea view. Love this hotel that also comes with excellent onsen and dining facilities. Only drawback is that the Wi-Fi in the room is rather weak.

Nice western style hotel. Good restaurants. Rooms need an update soon but overall clean and well staffed. Large property.

The hotel area is really amazing!
Covers the golf course, and has been dismantled Gongqi egg base, and has a night golf driving range. Hotel in addition to its own super high-rise buildings, there is a lone-style vacation hut, and hot springs pool are on the first floor plane!

Good room and hot springs. Shall take a little walk to get public hot springs. Hope we could live again by self-trip instead of tour company.

Beautiful room and views of the ocean. Pathways are a walkers delight in amongst the pine and camelia. Fabulous staff everywhere. Thank you so much!

View of the ocean is fantastic! Staff is nice and can speak little English. I stay in a corner room, so I can enjoy much of the ocean view, recommend this type of room!

The hotel looks modern and clean, however rooms are fill with smoke residues. I emptied a bottle of hotel provided air cleaner still cant get rid of smell. The smell gave me headaches and raised heartbeats in the middle of night that prevent my sleep. Now I am stuck with one sleepless night and a big laundry bill to get rid of smell of my clothes and suitcase.

100% ocean view. Pay 1000 yen once enjoy seawater hot spring till check-out date. Breakfast (international buffet) is neat. Free shuttle to near attractions.

Love this place. Rooms with amazing ocean views and the bar's atomosphere was amazing! HIghly recommended!

Good facilities, best service… The best service ever I experienced. They did fireworks everyday in summer season.

Great resort and facilities. Very picturesque beach and area. It is a bit isolated. So to get out you need a car or taxi. But everything is really available inside the resort. Very good dining options. But for a resort of this caliber it is expensive as expected.

ピロティで行われていたイベントに訪れただけなので、施設に関するレビューは出来ず。立地は市街地から車ですぐの距離なのにリゾート感あふれる雰囲気、便利な場所だと思います。

We travelled a long distance and arrived after 10pm. We requested to extend the check out time from 11:00 to 12:00 noon free of charge if hotel is not busy. Reply is that there are free rooms but we are now allowed to extend the check out time as we are not registered as "preferred guests". Decoration and service are below general 3-star hotels.

Fantastic hotel! Ocean view is nice!

Family oriented dated hotel for my taste, but nice views on the Ocean! Stayed 2 nights there in July 2013, huge hotel from the ’80, not connected to the beach and lost into a forest next to a golf. If you wanna go to the beach, you need to take their shuttle to reach another resort about 10 minutes away. This resort hotel is family oriented, so many parents and kids all over the place, at the restaurant, lobby and at the pool as well. It was not really quiet. So if you are a couple and want quality time, this is not the place, I suggest you can book somewhere else. I’ve been to many Sheraton WorldWide and this one really need an upgrade/refresh in my opinion. They don’t even have Link@Sheraton in the lobby. Of course, they got free Wi-Fi into the lobby but, it’s always nice to work at the Link when I stay at others Sheraton. The staff was everywhere in the lobby, but not too friendly and not talkative with the people. I enjoyed the view from my hotel room on the Ocean + forest/golf. They got a bar in the lobby in the evening, where they have live band singing. There are some shops + convenience store in the basement of the building. There is a public bus passing in front of the hotel, who can bring you to Miyazaki Station. Other element, good to know, the Ocean Dome, the World largest indoor pool next to the hotel is closed since 2007, so don’t get to exicted.
