京阪電車三条駅から直ぐで交通の利便性が良いです。部屋はバス・トイレ無しですが、大浴場付きでゆっくり入浴出来ます。食事も部屋出しでゆっくり出来ますが、満足出来るかどうかは完全にその人の感性次第だと思います。
