Very nice hotel Good service.

Room is spacious & clean. 10mins walking from train station & shopping malls.

First of all as other has mentioned, huge room and beds. Lots of space. Our agency obviously had chosen a eco friendly room, which mean the don`t change the towels and the linen, which I think is great, but they don`t clean either or made the beds. That I do not like. And they dont provide with new teabags. So all in all OK with minor details.

Lobby, corridor simple and bright, clean and comfortable room, counter reception staff is cordial and very patient to help us House with luggage, contact each other hotel, really thank you ah ~ In addition, we set is Eco-plan's plan, environmental protection concept is very good! Hope to have a chance to stay again next time ~

Nice breakfast, clean guest room, kind staff.

Located ten minutes from Kanazawa station this Hotel offers huge and beautiful rooms. Superior King Room as per expectations with double television, large and comfortable bed, small sofas, corner bar, desk and many outlets available. Unfortunately they have air conditioning that you can not adjust with the air that comes out only cold and in May was not so hot in the evening. The bathroom also offered a few gadgets for a 4 star Hotel but the biggest disappointment perhaps was the buffet breakfast, below expectations.
I wanted to point out that we had several problems with magnetic cards (changed three times for malfunction) but the staff, very helpful, always gave us assistance though with difficulty given the not good spoken English.

We got an excellent room. Clean and neat with tea maker. Nice Japanese breakfast, but the restaurant is busy with so many people. This hotel is recommended as it is near train station and it is in the city center.

We accidentally booked a smoking room initially but the staff were extremely friendly and understanding and changed our rooms with no problems. The front lobby has anemeties that you can take, while towels are already in your rooms. Unfortunately I only gave this a 4 star is because they do not allow tattooed people in the public Onsen baths. I’m extremely disappointed in that. But the rooms are clean and a little small.

Fantastic hotel in Kanazawa. Super new and made in style. All kinds of details in the room. Full bathroom. Plenty of space and maximum comfort. They offer all kinds of amenities. Maximum cleaning. It is located a reasonable walk from the station. It is a more than recommended option. Second time I'm staying, and maybe I'll repeat if I visit the city again.
Two glues: one, with completeness of the room, there is no iron.
And another, more serious. If the hotel is full the waiting times are endless. For breakfast I spent 45 minutes waiting and almost missed the train. And to get up to the room for 10 minutes. Actually, there's no right.

We booked a smoking room but intended non-smoking. Staff were extremely empathetic about it and physically took us to different rooms available within our budget, despite a fairly busy-looking reception area. Also, wide range of toiletries available near the lift whenever there's a need.

It's the best value hotel in Japan. The hotel's parking lot is just behind the front door and there is no parking entrance. To the parking lot at the scene of the administrator, I get off to ask, found that the register has my name, parking spaces have been arranged, as long as the administrator to register the name can be operated by the administrator to help stop a good car.
The admin asked us to get the car in first and then the baggage. Although the hotel has flat parking spaces, but the parking space arranged for us is mechanical, the entrance only one, a good risk on the day the tenant is not much, otherwise light parking may have to wait for a while.
Stop the car and go straight ahead is the reception hall of the back door. There are quite a lot of open-air flat car park near the hotel, and the price is not high, want to save money also can well investigate.
Of course, it is more convenient to stop at the hotel, luggage dragged to the parking lot is still indoors.

Well-equipped, there are bathtubs, televisions, desks, two sofas and small coffee table, sockets are also many. The room is very large and can spread out several 29-inch suitcases. It is no problem to sleep 10 if you are allowed to hit the floor.

The hotel itself is well equipped, the room is large and new, bath products are also very fragrant.
The hotel is a few minutes away from the west exit of Kanazawa station, and if the weather is good, it will not feel like a long walk. I spent a total of three nights here, the first two nights in the room were very clean and beautiful, except for all the baggage we had when we first checked in.
But when I went back to my room on the third night, the slippers that should have been placed at the door were left beside the bed, and the pajamas offered on the bed were thrown on the ground, although the rubbish was clear and the bath towels were replaced, but that was a lot worse in front of the two nights.

But this time Wi-Fi is very slow.
The taste of the hall is not very likeable, and it is very heavy. There is a room in the sky seems to be 404, not very lucky feeling.

The equipment is very good, the room is also very comfortable, the bathroom water pressure is enough, it is hot all at once. Location is about five minutes walk from the station, where to go is very convenient, and the price is quite cheap (compared to other restaurants), can be said to be the CP value is quite high!

Last July with friends to stay, the overall environment is good, facilities are new, thoughtful service, breakfast is also very rich and delicious, the only drawback is that the room in the bathroom has been the same musty smell, a bit of points deduction.

The hotel surprises by large comfortable twin rooms, unusual in Japan and all for a reasonable price. Beds were large 140 * 200, in the room there were two armchairs with stool and table. The bathroom was adequate, with bathtub. There was a kettle and a charging adapter for all kinds of mobile phones.
The registration was staffed with friendly staff, all languages at least Japanese and English, everything went smoothly.
The breakfast was done in the restaurant on the 2 floor, there were Western and Japanese food, I had nothing to complain about.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the house, the fitness room and the washing machine and dryer are free of charge.
However, the 3 washing machines and dryers do not suffice for all guests, here there is a need for catching up, because often groups or families with children were in the house and these devices were long in their use.
To the station it is 7 minutes in the normal pace gradually, to the bus station west side somewhat shorter, because that is the page where the hotel is located.
I really can recommend the hotel, price — performance ratio is hard to beat.

I think it is good, I live on the 4 floor have to wash shirts, but washing machine is more dirty, dryer dry 3 hours clothes are not dry and wet, and then found that the dryer opened 3 minutes after the automatic stop should be broken. On the 4 floor there is a fitness room with a reading room, the hotel environment is good, good comfort and good peace.

Great location and nice service. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Right now the hotel is next to a construction site so it can get noisy during the day.

Not a lot of F&B stuff nearby, nonetheless it is close to the train station with spacious and clean room. Amenities provided by the hotel were very good and the bed was comfortable, even though the room AC was a bit too warm for me. The bathtub was not bad in size and the hot water system worked well.

Has a cosmopolitan feel. Very comfortable beds, great library/quiet space for when you are waiting for your laundry to finish washing and drying. Has a gym and restaurant. Very close to the Kanazawa train station and transport interchange.

Great rooms for the Japanese average, 5 minutes walk from Kanazawa station.

As the non-smoking room no longer has the relationship, did not smoke I chose the smoking room to stay. Originally thought that the restaurant has been refurbished, perhaps smoking room smoke taste is not too serious. Before check-in with the counter staff to confirm once, it is a pity that the non-smoking rooms during the stay have been booked light, had to be hard to stay. Room with air cleaning machine, humidification function. Because the air conditioner is open in the hotel, it is quite dry, but the filter of the air cleaner is suspected to have been purchased so far has not been cleaned and replaced by the filter filter. Therefore, originally holding the air cleaning machine to filter the air of the wishful thinking has also been completely knocked over. The degree of non-filtration of heart ash really scares me.
Although it is their own mistake, but for the humidifier this necessary electrical appliances failed to negotiate the replacement and cleaning of consumables, let me on the hotel impression score is not high. A little expensive for the quality.

Most of us (40 of us) got the premium room. It's spacious (for Japanese standard), separate writing (attached table). Business class decor. Best room for $ 90/night (we had a large group booking). It is the best value for business class rooms.

Huge rooms and close to the train station. Very good price outside of holidays. Clean and fast Wi-Fi.

Best hotel of the Trip! Large — by local standards —, well organized room with large, comfortable bed. It was clean, neat and even had a laundromat. Good location within easy walking distance of the train station.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. It was nearby the train station and close to the shopping mall. They had free use of laundry machines which was a great service. Next time you find yourself in Kanazawa, consider this hotel for your stay there.

Very spacious room. Room service charge is very reasonable. Staff are very helpful. Asked for additional towels and they will show up in a minute. Lots of personal supplies in the common area. 7 min walk to train station.

The room is spacious and good. Only Japanese TV channels. The bathroom is suitable for dolls. The fridge is empty. Breakfast is disgraceful after 9am there is hardly anything to eat.

On the 'quiet' side of the station. 5 minutes easy walk, but was thumping down when we got there, so taxi, only to find a covered walk… Still it would have left us short (& wet).
So a bigger place this time. Very business-like, polite, efficient check-in. Clearly lots of tour groups, & independent travellers too.

A convenient, value for money hotel, a short walk to the station, and a short walk beyond to s good dinner options. We found some very good spots in & near the station. The restaurant on site is alright too. Too tired, so we tried it. Fine. It's an izakaya at night, so a bit smokey.
Also, the breakfast, in the restaurant, was good. Plenty of options, buffet style, so you can fill up before a days touristing.

Clean and Easy access to the central station. The companion Travel Cafe offers economic and decent breakfast The room is spacious. If you are traveling with a kid then this is a great place for a stay.

All other reviews must be by mini people. Rooms are certainly not spacious and bathroom is seriously on the small side. As a 6'4" westerner I had to leave the door open to sit on the toilet and forget about having an in room bath. Be early for b:fast as there is no heat lamp on the pre cooked food (bacon cold and stuck to each other as fat had cooled) if you need ice pray you are on a lower floor. With regard to location it is ideal. With regard to price it is better than average. Would we stay here next visit? Maybe on price only. (Everywhere I stay in Japan is new and clean unless I choose old ie Nara hotel/ fujiya hotel which are old and historic)

Excellent place to stay — rooms are spacious and hotel is a 5 minute walk from the JR station. Amenities are comprehensive but there tends to be a long queue for the laundry room at all times.

Very large room compared to others at similar price range with a lot of included amenities. Nearby main station.

Modern facilities, spacious rooms and bathrooms (probably the most spacious budget hotel) plus a great location, within walking distance from Kanazawa station.

Sizable room with reasonable price campared with Nagoya city. Good location and just 6mins from bus stops /train station. The free Wi-Fi provided by the hotel has to login again after a day.

It looks brand new, great mattress and highest quality bedding to sleep in. Room was a good size especially the bathroom. Convenient location and nice cafe too.

Located close to kanazawa station, hotel has spacious, modern and clean rooms. Cafe on ground floor serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Laundry facilities are available although some weren't working when we stayed. Overall very good.
