Toyako Hot Spring Hotels with a Parking

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family —. Our flight got delayed many times, we got to the hotel very late, the staffs were waiting on us and served us a great meal. Thank you.

The hotel's facilities and environment were good and comfortable. The staff were generally friendly and kind. However, one staff member, who wore glasses, was slightly overweight, and not very tall.

Even though Room is not new, you still have everything you need at such freezing winter. Room space is large enough for single/ couple. 24 hours Onsen is wonderful experience.

Located directly on the shore of Lake Toya this pension in run by a lovely mother-son duo who will do everything in their power to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

The breathtaking seaview while seating in the onset definitely an unforgettable experience. The most valuable is the tranquility of this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great time! We chose the room with the swinging chair overlooking the water and the pictures are the same as online. The room is very spacious and clean.

Had the pleasure to stay 3 nights here two weeks ago. Due to the reviews I had low expectations, plus the fact that they only have one coach and is always fully booked.

I don't understand how this is a 3 star hotel? this should be at least 5 star! in my opinion and rightfully so. The dinner and breakfast buffet here was amazing, everything was clean and great.

Very nice, clean and modern onsen hotel. Stayed here with my family for two nights and also enjoyed the onsen baths (they have indoor and outdoor baths).

We liked this ryokan. It was very quiet and relaxing. The food is very delicious, the onsen is real onsen and the service is very friendly.

A really nice, local hotel! Staff was very accommodating and spoke English, which saved me from using my broken Japanese.

Brilliant location. Rooms terrific. Cute onsen and the free happy hour drinks — wine and beer — was a special extra. This is the place if you want front seat views of the lake! And great value too!

Just stayed here for two nights as a couple traveling on a budget (I speak decent Japanese).

Stayed for 2 nights at Lake Toya (tradition tatami rooms) and there were mixed ratings for different things experienced.

Lakeside onsen hotel.
The hotel looks a little tatty on the outside but don't let this put you off. The lobby is beautiful, well appointed and smells amazing.

The room is very modern. There heater on the carpet flooring. We took the ground floor room which the window can fully open to walk out with a Great Lake Toya view. There’s no onsen in the hotel.

Amazing hotel with very good value. The rooms are very new and spacious, with a modern look. I was impressed by how large the washroom was (separate areas for toilet, sink, and shower/tub).

I had a nice stay at The Toya. The dormitory are nice, just 4 persons. It's located near the center and the lake. The bathroom are really comfortable and there is a sauna!

A nice budget stay with good value for money.
It’s a restaurant downstairs, and the staff are very kind, they even helped us cut a melon and served it beautifully.
