We do double confirm with the staff these light kimono is free to be rent, and he said yes. During check out, the staff suddenly present us a bill, and said the wooden slipper cost us 4000 yen EACH. First, we do ask in advance the light kimono is free to be rent. Leaving with a very bad impression in this hotel.
