This hotel is pretty mediocre if not worse. First look at the hotel, the lobby and staff were pretty nice. However from farther interaction with staff I noticed that they were careless and distracted: often bumping into customers and disoriented when questioned about the hotel. Entering the room, the first thing I noticed was how dirty the carpet was along with the tables that were present there. I was staying there on a group tour so I had their group buffet for dinner. The buffet was small and the food was poorly prepared and delivered. The tables were dirty and sticky. Most of the fruits and the crabs legs were frozen. The fish on the sushi didn't taste fresh and smelled. Some of their food just tasted weird, I'm pretty accustom to Japanese food so when I say weird I don't mean that I'm not used to eating them but that they did not have the taste of quality. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. It is very expensive and they poorly present themselves. So I don't feel that it's worth it.
