Booked a "premium" room for my parents only to find that it looked exactly like our regular room. The only difference was that the "premium" room had a coffee machine which could not be found. Rooms were quite simple and plain. On the plus side, the breakfast was good and there was a good view of the mountain. The onsen was also quite spacious and comfortable.

Rooms are clean but the equipment is slightly older, the staff is friendly, there is a beautiful shopping street nearby ｡ When the weather is good, you can watch the starry sky in the nearby open space ｡

Beautiful environment each room facing the east in the morning can see the sunrise in particular at the same time can see the Sun Hoof mountain snow Sunrise scene winter can ski summer golfing.

Good shape of the resort four star hotel next to this hotel is the ski resort, a lot of people come here for a holiday skiing winter is high season in addition to the spring and autumn season there are fewer guests so the hotel will receive group guests because of the lack of skiing features so advertised dinner buffet to full but the buffet dinner seems to be similar to Taiwan's Table overview It's not a standard restaurant that's temporary. It may be to attract travel agents to stay in the off-season. Guests can have a buffet dinner at the four-star resort, but in fact, he's an auditorium, and it feels like a very cheap dish, and it's not as rich as it's supposed to be. This 3 floor is a bit disappointing. The buffet Dinner restaurant is quite out of harmony with the style of the whole hotel.

Give 5 stars for great services from all staffs. So kind. So hospitality. Room with Yotie Mt. View is great. Just take a look outside of window. I feel so relaxed.

The hotel is fine but too old. We were looking for an hotel kid oriented, but it us definitely not, no swimming pool, only a small room with few toys that they call playroom, no aggregation area besides the adult pub or drinking area, really not so fun. Bring 30min away from any amusement, wad not easy to deal with my youngest daughter. Finally too expensive for the kind of service provided. The food is really good, but extremely over payed.

If it's for skiing, it's perfect! Side door out 10 meters is the cable car, there is a free hot spring, think the hotel restaurant on the edge of 50 meters there is a dining shopping hut.

Hilton Niseko Village Hotel, the predecessor is in fact, Prince hotels, so the room is a little old, not like the general Hilton so beautiful, is ski in the ski out, there are ski rental, and sooner or later there is the West Day Buffet & Shabu Shabu Buffet, the same as every night, there are also Western restaurants and Japanese restaurant, Windy Lu, indoor water a bit dirty, a lot of floating things! The open air is better, acceptable.

Very good location for skiing or snowboarding. Highly recommend! Also hotel breakfast got Japanese style and western style, very delicious. Hotel provide bus to go Hirafu every hr, super convenient! Also Staffs are all very nice and helpful.

Excellent room and amenities. Prices a bit high even for peak season. Breakfast needs better selection on hot items.

The best place to skate T to no queues and quite freely on the slopes, a large selection of tracks and a lot of snow! The lifts are right on the exit from the hotel. The rooms are different as they say at some filthy so choose the rooms. I recommend to go to the restaurant on the second floor there is fresh and choice more.

The Hilton in Niseko is an older building but it has undergone many rejuvenations. The interior is warm and bright, but also relaxing. Although everything here is overpriced, the service is decent enough that you have no complaints, but obviously not worth the money you will inevitably spend there. The hotel hosts many activities during the winter and summer months, but is perhaps most popular due to the ability to ski in/out via the gondola which is less then 20m from the side exit of the hotel. It's good to go for skiing and other winter Activites, but for apres or lunch/dinner I would suggest going elsewhere as again, the quality of the food does not nearly make up for its cost. All in all the atmosphere is lovely but unless you have a big wad to spend head elsewhere for dinner and drinks!

Great hotel, stayed in winter. The ski valet and onsen were very welcome features. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and patient. My top tip if you are in the area is to try the dining and shopping area just outside for lower priced meals compared to the hotel restaurants.

Was here in the thermal springs. Nice pool with great views of the Jotej.

The staff were very friendly and responsive to the guests ' questions and needs, but the benefits to the members were not very good, a bit perfunctory feeling, especially the Gauka members did not have a special feeling at all.

The service quality of staffs is so poor and it makes me wonder the way of Hilton to manage the quality on this property. The service definitely does not meet Hilton standard. Although natural resources are terrific, it is not worthy. If I visited as a group tour, the quality of service may be acceptable. Not like the other Hilton, I can not recall the warm greetings from staffs. I do not recommend this Hilton.

Unfortunately, the worst hotel I stayed in during my trip through Japan (I have been mostly in 3* and 4* hotels). The room was old and looked very used. No drinking water in the room and the water heater was broken. The Onsen was nice, but only can be enjoyed in the morning, when noone's there, as the majority of the hotel guests do not respect the basic onsen rules (e. G. Being quite and not spitting on the floor). The guests there also partied the whole night, leaving the door open and enriching the whole floor with a disgusting smell. Nothing was done against it, even after explaining the situation to the reception. Definitely no 5* hotel and not close to being worth the money. Never again!

My older son and I checked in here for two days and nights in January 2016 and enjoyed thoroughly the skiing nearly. When I tried to come here again with my younger son in January 2017, the hotel was fully booked. I am revisiting this five-star hotel with a view to making a reservation in January 2018!

Hilton Niseko Village was an awesome experience. The front staff was very nice and the rooms were big and spacious. The one issue I had were that the beds were a little small, but I still got quality sleep.

From Chitose Airport, we traveled for approximately 2 hours, while a comfort break called in between and then, the moment of truth. Hello to Hilton Niseko Village, a premium skin resort in Hokkaido, located at the south base of Niseko Annupuri Mountain. Oh-wow! Niseko is a jaw dropping gorgeous winter beauty, perhaps the most exclusive place so far for us. No wonder, I can understand why we paid a lot more for holidaying at Hokkaido. By the time we arrived, the sky has turned dark yet after a quick glance at the famous for its great quality snow, we quickly dashed into the huge lobby area and then we left to our super clean, spacious and comfortable room with full amenities — complete set of toiletries, inclusive of Shiseido shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash, and a high tech toilet seat. Feeling really pleased and pleasurable, we rested for a while, showered and came down to the dining area for the lavish dinner buffet. Lavish, really, lots to tuck into, most importantly, sitting close to the windows and watching snow falling in the snow paradise felt enchanting and magical as we took our time to enjoy and finished off the meal with a hot cup of coffee. Next morning, after breakfast, it was the skiing moment for skiing enthusiasts, whereas I opted for snow mobile ride at the nearby area. Quite a thing, up and then down the hill scope, but I made it.

Beautiful ski in and out resort. Only the Green slopes are open in December, and they were too easy for greens tho. So we went over to Hirafuru to ski! The slopes are Hirafuru are much more exciting, Hilton has a free shuttle service there :) breakfast was good, with beautiful views. Dinner choices were very limited in terms of restaurants, so we ordered room service and it was the best decision. Their burger is GREAT (in terms of international standards like burgers in London/Canada/Australia) and the snow crab pasta is wonderful too. I ordered both twice in a row for my dinner, after tiring my ski days. And the onsen is wonderful!

Worst Hilton Hotel I've been to, I would never guess that this was a Hilton Hotel after the way they served food and how dirty the rooms were. I liked the employee friendliness, and don't even try the food, it sucks.

Didn't stay here due to the location (away from the main resort village area and many of the more popular restaurants) and the price tag during peak season, but came here for the outdoor onsens which are open to the public at a fee. Simply go to the front desk to pay the fee, and you can choose whether you need towel service or not. You are welcome to bring your own. The view at night is absolutely stunning and it's not too crowded. It is one of the more expensive onsens in the area but with only a few hundred dollar yen difference from others which are more popular with the more boisterous, young crowds, I would much rather come here. It's a bit of a drive though — the only reason it didn't get full stars from me!

Very comfortable hotel for family ski trip! The Sushi & teppanyaki Restaurant are both good! Highly recommended!

Very friendly, professional staff. Rooms are clean and tidy, and well-maintained. Facilities are excellent! The Hilton is located right at the base of the Gondola, so it is extremely convenient for skiing — and is a very short walk from Niseko Village with a small range of restaurants and shops.

It's the best hotel there, overall. But don't expect upgrade even you are diamond member. It's like they only have one room type. Shabu-shabu dinner is buffet and limited choices of vegetables. Have truely outside onsen.

Too many inconsiderate foreigners bringing alcohol into the onzen and with tattoos which usually means yakuza in Japan. Both are not allowed.

Pleasant ski resort with a mix of wide steep runs and twisty tight courses. The beginner courses from mid-mountain are much harder than their ratings would suggest. Lots of folks to be seen walking/sliding down. Limited food options available other than those in Hilton and shopping complex.

Nice place but coffee is extremely overpriced (1, 000 jpy). The lunch in melt is very nice but for anything else I'd recommend going to the nearby cafes next door.

It's my 2nd time visit Niseko Hilton Village. It's one of the best ski resort in Japan, and service is quite nice. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, very easy to go skiing with ski-in/ski-out and a gondola station just outside the hotel. Nice view. Staffs are kind and fluent in English.

Facilities feels a bit dated but its pretty well up kept. Very helpful and friendly service staffs. Ski in ski out is just fabulous.

The hotel is nice but a bit old. Easy access to the attraction, ski in ski out, niseko village. Plenty of shuttle busses.

+ Nice view. Posh feel. Free joint-hotel shuttle on top of shuttle servicing the area. Clean. Speedy lifts. Wide breakfast buffet spread. Breath-taking onsen view of pond, trees and mountains. Electronic bidet in toilet. Warm toilet seats. Personalized overnight valet storage for skis/snowboards and boots till 20:30. - Place is packed like crazy during Christmas especially during meal times. Prices are more expensive compared to Hirafu area for most stuff. Lessons are hard to book — need to queue on actual day and private lessons are very limited due to lack of instructors. Quad room is exorbitant yet tiny — normal room plus extra two beds. Gym is quite limited in equipment. Big gap at the bottom of the toilet to let the toilet aroma out. Maximum 3 devices to join the room Wi-Fi, even in a quad room. More slopes and shops around Hirafu area compared to here. Room heater cannot be controlled in room despite having a thermostat on the heater.

Nice facilities, ski in out. Great place to stay and play.

Memorable stay. View of Mt. Yotei was fantastic. View changes every hour during Autumn.

Onsen is one the largest in Niseko Area. Beside Food is average (but never improve), especially the breakfast, everything is the same as 5 yrs ago (feel like they haven't use up the food stocks even after 5 yrs), other than that every things else improve slowly but it is getting better every-year one more things, got Wifi in the room now.
