My partner and I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the restaurant for supper on one of those evenings. The rooms are small (in typical Japanese fashion) but very clean and well organized. The hotel is centrally located in Yoichi and walking distance from the distillery. The meal that we enjoyed at the restaurant took us by surprise — it was incredible, featuring seasonal ingredients, perfect portions sizes (I had room to enjoy dessert! ), and an amazing wine steward/host. It was seriously delicious. To top it off, there are so many little shops and cafes just a stones throw for the hotel. Yoichi was a “stop off” during our time in Hokkaido and now it’s become a destination!
