空調の音が大きくて夜何度も目が覚めました。変えてはいただけましたが、お風呂場の電気が切れていたり、窓から隙間風が漏れていたりと本当に点検していただけてる部屋なのか疑問に思いました…

Bad experience here. Booked a Double Bed and turned out it was a single bed. They had no other rooms. They even charged us a cancellation fee even though they screwed up.
