Breathtaking view of Lake Kawaguchiko and Fuji-san!

The best. The staffs were amazingly friendly. Room have very warm n cozy homey feel. The breakfast was full of delicious things to try. The view of the lake and Mount Fuji is unmatched. All guests were super relaxed and in their hotel provided attires. Just an awesome place. A little hidden paradise.

建物は雰囲気が良く可愛かったです。 食事も美味しかったが、夕食時に注文したワイン３杯セット、チェックアウト時にセット割になっていませんでした。確認したところ３杯同時に注文が必要だったということでしたが注文時には何も教えてもらえませんでした。 外風呂がついているお部屋でしたが夜は蜘蛛がたくさん出てきて入る気にはなれませんでした。朝になると真っ白な浴槽は何か黒い土のような物がたくさんついていて何か気持ち悪かったです。

This hotel is a little out of the way. They do have some shuttle service in the morning and afternoons, it would be best to call or mail beforehand. Facilities and views wise, it's super goos! Private 24 hour onsen as well!

Great Onsen Spa and Inn near Kawaguchiko Lake. You can enjoy incredible view of Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchko Lake from every guest rooms. Mt. Fuji is really beautiful especially very early in the morning. You should wake up before sunrise if possible. You can see both Mt. Fuji and Sakasa-Fuji (reflected figure of Mt. Fuji on the lake) if you are lucky (no wind ove the lake). Food is also good. French-style course dishes with local catches are provided for dinner and breakfast buffet has traditional Japanese, Americn and som Chinese foods. Don't miss Houtou (extra-thick Udon noodle with Miso-based thicker soup — — an local favorite only in this area). Spa has traditional Onsen style big bath tubs, small Roten-Buro (bath tubs on terrace outside Onsen bathroom), and steam and dry sauna rooms. Four unique and smaller bathrooms are alsoprovided for private use. You can easily find which bathroom is currently used and you can choose any one available. You should be sure smaller bathrooms may be used by multiple guests and are requests for single use up to around 40 minutes. Don't make a mess and keep it clean for the next guest. You can try all of them if you want (bathrooms are still open in midnight exept in periodic cleaning time). Your room also have a bathrooms with a pretty bah tub and you can see the great view of Mt. Fuji and the lake from there. Hotel staffs are polite and friendly, and some stuffs speaks English. One of my recommendation in this area.

The view is amazing. The staff are very friendly. A Japanese take on a European hotel or more like a European inspired Japanese hotel. The restaurant is fantastic. Some staff speak English, not as well as at chain hotels in major cities but still well enough that everything is sorted out without any problems. Has private and public Onsens.

Beautiful location and hotel! The hotel is amazing. Spacey rooms and bathroom, nicely decorated. All rooms have Fujisan view and the bathtub on the balcony is a very nice touch. The onsens were also beautiful, especially the private ones with different themes. Breakfast was totally fine, we didn‘t dine in the hotel so I cannot say how it was. Overall the perfect getaway / relax time on a busy Japan trip.

The hotel is located at good place which has good Fiji Mountain View but should be at the 4th Floor and up.
Dinner is delicious and fill up of your stomach.
I didn’t have stomach space to try the coffee here.
Workers are very nice that you can feel starting while you driving arrived the hotel.
Here has 5 different kind of “Private Hot Spring room” that is free to hotel guest.
I will come again… because of fresh air and good memory.

What a beautiful place. Mt Fuji can be seen from our room. Pitty it was cloudy the next day but a fine sprinkle of snow made it magical… the rooms, food and service are amazing. Can not fault this place.

Great value for a hotel with private Onsen and view of Mount Fuji.

There are other general day-style hot spring hotels, the hotel and the rooms are all European-style design, spacious rooms, the hotel is thoughtful. The service staff is friendly, and there are five free private spas for guests to use. I'll come back for a chance to stay.

The hotel is in a great location, you can enjoy waking up to a view of Mount Fuji. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms, facilities and food were fab.

Nice hotel with Western style design. Dinner is decent and the hot spring is awesome. They have a shuttle bus from the train station to the hotel. It's quite convenient.

One of the most beautiful resort I've ever visited. I can see Mount Fuji from my balcony and also while I'm having a bath because the bathtub also facing Mount Fuji. They have onsen facility too, and there are 2 kinds of onsen, public one and reserved one. The reserved onsen is for couple/family only, and there are 6 themes if i'm not mistaken. They provide some kind of modern-style yukata in the rooms that you can use for going to the onsen or just for pyjamas. They also have traditional yukata/kimono for rent. During my stay, they also have free ramen at 10.30pm, so you just have to come down to the first floor restaurant and have ramen for free. The resort also has giftshop just beside the lobby and only 20 minutes walking distance to the lake where you can see Mount Fuji clearly.

The Mount Fuji view is so stunning! staff are very nice. The food and service are very good!
