Excellent Onsen hotel with good facility (like public onsen, souvenir shop, spa center, great restaurants and lounge) and super delicious food. Staffs are very friendly, just they don't have English staffs. They provide shuttle bus service between train station and hotel but be cautious of the timing. In the morning till 11:30am, it only serve the direction from hotel to train station, in the afternoon starting 1pm, it only serve the direction from train station to hotel. For the room, suggest to stay in the room on top 2 floors (i. E 9 and 10th floor) which is bigger and with modern design and a private onsen. They offer anniversary souvier and can have access to executive lounge on 6/F with nice beer, green tea and snacks. Really worth to stay.
