Very nice hotel. Close to train station and subways. Good breakfast and a bar that also serves food. A lot of local and different restaurants in the area. Great value for the money. One draw back is they stopped laundry service back in April 2018. They need to update there website on that item. Check in is 3pm, no exceptions.

Room was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable, and the location was very convenient from the train station. The staff let us store our luggage after we had checked out until our train in the afternoon which made things much easier for us.

Not sure about the 'high class' tag that they give themselves apart from the pricing. They do charge extra if you want access to your prepared room before 3pm on check in. Consequently there is then a rush of people all checking in at the same time. Room is pleasant enough though, with a standard bathroom that you find throughout most of Japan. Bed was super extra hard if you like it that way. Free coffee in the foyer/lobby area. Location is relative to your needs but easy access to transport and most tourist needs. There is a street entrance with a lift that takes you their lobby on the 2nd floor.
