We waited in line against the wall for 15 minutes to check in and didn't feel we are Diamond members. When we got into our room which is on the executive level, there were only two beds (we are 3 of us), while other vanity and bottles of water are for 3 guests. They added a bed while we were out for food. The added bed was horrible, it squeezed whenever you move, it was so nosy that me and my husband couldn't sleep at all. We asked for a replacement the next morning and they did change it for a much more comfortable bed with no noise. Overall, we had a much better experience with Hilton in Hiroshima and Hilton in Tokyo!

My team had so much fun during dinner and I enjoyed the food especially the fish really good taste…

Stayed here for 8 weeks in 2006, absolutely fantastic great food, amazing staff everything was first class, went back 2019. For the Rugby World Cup they have made a few changes the Dining area in new and very good, if you have your fill at breakfast, it would do you all day.
They also have an executive suite which is well worth upgrading to as
You can eat and drink there for free on the upgrade, snacks and soft drinks
Wind etc. The staff are incredible, five star treatment check there web
Site out, location is great most shops bars restaurants within walking
Distance, airport bus drop off out side hotel across the street, and
Return to airport outside on the Main Street.

The customer service is exceptional and the rooms and facilities are excellent as well. I have stayed here on over 10 occasions and highly recommend it to people visiting Nagoya.

We showed up at nearly one in the morning on our first night in Japan, and I'm sure we looked dreadful from the long flight. All I can say is WOW. The customer service provided was phenomenal, and they were surprisingly knowledgeable in English. We were allowed to check out later than normal to allow us to get ample rest, and the next day were given very in-depth recommendations on places to eat and things to do in Nagoya by the happiest person I've ever seen behind a hotel desk. Even though we only stayed one night, it was enough time to be amazed with our experience. The room itself was also grand: large, comfortable, and scenic. If we decide to visit Nagoya again on our next visit, this is definitely going to be our first choice. This review is a bit late, being posted in August when our stay was in late April, but that itself shows how strongly our experience has stuck in our minds.

I love this hotel. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The staff is always very friendly and very accommodating. It also has nice work out facilities. Very close to many restaurants and shopping.

A beautiful and well appointed hotel in Nagoya. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. We received an upgrade to the executive floors which included access to breakfast and an evening snack in their lounge area. Our room was a decent size for Japan and tastefully designed with sliding panels that gave it an Asian feel. The bed was adequate if a bit hard. I particularly liked the walk in shower. When we left, the hotel shuttle took us directly to the train station. Of note, the shuttle runs regularly except for a multi hour block between 2pm and 5pm. When we arrived, we chose to take a taxi for 1000¥ rather than wait an extra hour for the shuttle to resume operations.

Not the best Hilton but it's OK for a quick visit. Front desk check in and out process was very easy and smooth. Shuttle to the train station is convenient when it is running. There is a buffet breakfast option that is worth having before a busy day, but only if it comes with your room rate; not worth the posted price. It includes some Nagoya area dishes that are a great introduction to local flavors. The concierge staff tried hard to be helpful but it was hit or miss as there were some serous language barriers with a couple of the staff members while others were great. Overall a decent visit and I would consider staying here again.

Great rooms great staff. Executive lounge on 26th floor has great view. It is a very nice place to have breakfast and read for a while.

In all of Hilton's stay on this trip, the service feels the best, and the service experience in the lobby and lounge is good. The administrative room is quite small ha. Eating is not unique, after a day will not be impressed.

The Hilton Nagoya is located conveniently close to many good restaurants and is within walking distance to the subway, shopping areas, and nightlife areas. It has many amenities within the hotel, including restaurants, bar, gym and pool. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist you with everything. The rooms are modern and clean, and have a great view of the city. I had a terrific experience during my stay, and would highly recommend the Hilton Nagoya.

Confession: Japan's train system terrifies me. I went to Osaka overwhelmed by that transport, relying on my friends who are more navigation-savvy. Part of the reason I chose to go to Nagoya was that it was relatively easier to navigate, and the easy bus transfers from the airport to the hotel cinched the deal for me. And so aside from the ease of going to and from the airport, I love how the hotel is just a few minutes walk from Nagoya station. I can stay all day in the tastefully designed hotel with friendly staff and a restaurant that serves excellent curated all day buffets.

The service of Hilton hotel is always excellent. All the staff are professional and polite. For a gold HHonor member, I was upgraded to premium executive floor and greeted by the staff in the executive lounge. There are drinks and light meal served. Room is big and with everything you need, neat and clean. Breakfast with a lot of choice for both western and Japanese style. It also surprised me for a box of macaroon and free parking because of my wedding anniversary. Normal parking fee is 1, 300 yen which is the underground parking inside the hotel, so it is very convenient for driving to this hotel. Lastly, the location is in the middle of Nagoya and Saske station, it has to take 15 min walk to either side.

Very professional staff. One of the best hotels in the area. Extremely clean and high end. Close to all the tourist areas. Highly recommend a stay here. PS if youre looking for a place to eat, try midtown bbq!

The Hilton in Nagoya is a very high quality and clean hotel. There is also a large gym and a tennis court on the mezzanine.
I can't give any information about the breakfast.

Near the metro, the hotel has a convenient super shop and a pharmacy and a lot of restaurants and parking lots around.

Love this place. Service is great. The room is very comfortable and all amenities provided. A bit pricey but would definitely come back again when they have sales. Would recommend if you willing to spend a bit extra for comfort.

Wonderful hotel. Location is pretty good and they offer free bike rentals which makes exploring Nagoya so much easier. Service here is exceptional and staff always go the extra mile.

The staff are very attentive, the hotel is very clean and quiet and I really appreciate the central location. I is within easy walking distance of the Nagoya Castle (which is a must see), and the the Fish Market is very close as well. The Breakfast Buffet is excellent with lots of variety to choose from (North American style Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes to typical Japanese items to choose from). It's very much worth starting your day there.

I stayed here one night so I can't speak to all services but it's a great hotel overall. Very nice rooms. Large bed, Clean, aesthetically pleasing layout and decor. Nice restaurants too, though an earlier breakfast option (before 6:30) would be helpful for those leaving early in the morning.

It is such a great place. The staff were super kind and the food was amazing. All around it is a nice place.

I stay here frequently and in my opinion it is one of the most relaxing hotels worldwide. You won't find fancy architecture or other useless things, but you'll find very friendly and helpful staff, clean nice rooms and what I like most nobody is making noise… Neither the housekeeping nor the air-conditioning.

3. Convenient shops and taverns nearby are easy to function.
4. Although the swimming pool is small, but the water quality is good, swim very comfortable. 5. The reception staff is good and friendly.

Extremely maintained hotel in a good area of Nagoya. The rooms are sensibly Japanese-luxurious and amazingly quiet.

Nice views of the city scape from the upper floors. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very willing and eager to help. Walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants.

Executive floor in 26 floor view is very good, the number of meals is not much, but at any time to add, breakfast on the second floor, western, European, Japanese-style daily change part of the dishes, the hotel free shuttle bus to Nagoya Station.

The Hilton Nagoya is the place to stay if visiting Nagoya. They have a very friendly English speaking staff that always go out of their way to help. The rooms are large compared most other Hotels in Japan. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean. I have stayed here many times for business travel and I've never had a bad experience.

Loved this hotel. Location is perfect walking distance to almost everything shops, restaurants, science museum, theater, etc. Taxis located outside if you dont want to walk. Great staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was pretty good… not free. American and Asian cuisine. Hotel has lots of restaurants but pretty pricey. Clean hotel with large rooms.

Awesome hotel. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, you will have an incredible stay here. Rooms are clean and have a nice blend of modern and traditional Japan. Also, the location is incredible, very central and nearby lots of food and shopping options. Very pleased with this Hotel as I don't usually enjoy Hilton hotels.

Just stayed on the 11th floor in a newly renovated room. The rooms are spacious and now have electrical sockets that fit all international plugs at the bed side.

Good location, rooms very clean n spacious. Good breakfast. Raining now in April, umbrellas r always ready at the concierge desk for all to use. Convenience stores surrounding the hotel, nice restaurants within walking distance. 15 mins walk to Nagoya Station, 20 mins walk to Sakae where all the shopping centers located.

Located near Nagoya central train station. Located near many points of interest. Very helpful staff and nicely renovated rooms. Pool, gym and roof top tennis court.

Very nice hotel in Nagoya the location is perfect very close to the science museum, the hotel even offers free bikes for hire, the staff in this hotel is one of the best I've even seen in the world, extremely helpful.

I stayed at the Marriott in the Nagoya station and I think I prefer the rooms at the Hilton. All the staff is very helpful and most speak English!

In Nagoya on business. The Hilton property and staff are fantastic. Gracious, welcoming and helpful. Staff are all very good with English which is helpful to me. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Shuttle to and from Nagoya Station is also very convenient.

My room on the 21. Floor was nice, clean, and quiet. The view over the city was exciting both in the morning as well as in the evening. From the looming typhoon I only noticed the sound of raindrops knocking on the window, I had a good night. The staff was exceptionally welcoming. I will go there again.

Staff is amazingly warm, efficient, and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and have excellent views of the city. Location is perfect. Shops and restaurants abound right outside the hotel. Easy walk to shopping, dining, and sightseeing regardless of which direction you go. Gym is small but nicely equipped. Some interior upgrades to bathrooms and carpeting may be necessary soon. Highly recommend staying here.
