Stayed the week of June 12-19. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding. Beach was gorgeous white sand. Treetop deluxe rooms are very comfortable and the view out your window is lush tropical paradise. Not your typical all inclusive resort. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, This is the place for you! I would not hesitate to recommend this resort.

Best vacation of my life. Everything about my stay here was delightful, from check in to check out. There was always someone to help you just a foot away, they keep the resort super clean. No trash on the whole premises, everything was picture perfect just how I had seen online. Everything was exactly what I expected it to be. There’s always someone at the front desk no matter what time u go. They even answered all my silly questions without attitude being given. They’re genuinely whiling to help and to make sure you’re stay here is good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were magnificent. Within SECONDS someone came to my table and got my drink order. Keep in mind I was here for 6 days and all those 6 days it never took longer than 60 seconds for them to at least get a cup of water in front of me. The food was delicious, the buffet line had a variety of options to choose from. I can go on and on about how much I loved this resort. If I ever go back to negril I know where home is.

Amazing honeymoon destination. All-inclusive takes care of everything. Good food, wonderful drinks, extraordinary coffee. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Planning our next trip back there.

Me and my best friend stayed at sunset at the palm 2 weeks ago, When I tell they had exceptional service! Everything was well organized the staff were all professional, friendly and really great people. The food was exceptional as they had different kinds of food every night; top of line chefs. Jerk chicken at the beach couldn't have asked for a vacation more perfect "David makes the best drinks btw! " As for the room everything was modern and updated, the shower is lovely! the pictures don't do it any justice. Sunset at the palms I will definitely be coming back.

Location at the center of Bloody Bay is perfect! Great sunsets every night. The rooms are very private and nestled back in the tropical landscaping. The service is what makes this resort amazing! Everyone greets you as a friend. This is our 2nd time back and everyone remembers us. We don't need to try any other resorts on the island. This is where we will stay any time we come back. All inclusive means all inclusive. There are no levels of alcohol or food. Both restaurants are included too.

Wonderful place for our honeymoon. The staff is nice and everything went so smoothly! The food and drink are awesome and the tree houses are so cool! This is a great place to just sit back and relax. It was a great trip — can’t wait to be back! Get David to make you a drink!

There are not enough adequate words to describe the experience we had at this resort. The warmth and hospitality of the entire staff was so much a part of who these people are, and they took care of every detail, big and small, to ensure we were comfortable at all times. The Jamaican people are beautiful people, They are fun, accommodating, sincere, and genuine in their desire to meet the guests needs. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for style and class and relaxation.

I and my wife stayed here during the honeymoon. We were greeted as soon as we reached there. The staff showed us our room. The accommodation was really spacious with king sized beds and private balconies with tropical flowers. The most beautiful was the Coffee and The Ginger Beer that we took after dinner. The beach was very near to the resort. I miss the swim up bar at the pool.

Great resort. Not a mega hotel. 85 rooms at top. Nice setting maybe 120 yards from the beach. Best beach I have ever seen.

I liked the hotel. Not big. You can say humble. But everything is… The main beach is great… Just great… The hotel can be put on the beach "6.0 "… And almost just for the sake of the beach we're going.

My wife, Angelia enjoyed the overall atmosphere especially during the night. The beach is just few minutes away from the resort. We enjoyed snorkelling, cave swimming. This resort is very close to everything like bars, pubs and buffets. The staffs does everything to make your vacation 100% memorable and adventurous.

This is the best place ever, it's like you are in the jungle. The service is good. The rooms are wonderful. The food is delicious. They also have a gym. It's just so wonderful. I enjoyed my 4 nights there.

Had a great stay here. Everything was good and a few things were great. The beach is super nice and only a 10 minute walk from the back of the resort to the beach. You do cross the main island highway, but they have a crossing guard so it's no issue. The bartenders are just average, they do a good job at menu drinks, but if you ask for a Manhattan, dirty martini, or other everyday American bar drink, they need help and are not consistent. We will stay here again someday, as the price to venue is a great value.

We have been now 10 years ago during our honeymoon, and I must say that we were of enchantment! Wooden Cottage immersed in the nature of an impressive botanical garden, awakened in the morning by the rustling of hummingbirds and accompanied at sunset by giant crabs that crossed the village. A Stone's throw from the private beach! What you want more! Nice and helpful Staff You ate in every corner of the village at every hour, cocktails at GO GO! Unforgettable holiday!

Take your partner out for a one week vacation at the Sunset at the Palms and get into the adult only resort. Apart from the luxurious accommodation grab the delicious foods and enjoy the beach parties arranged by the hotels.

Very good for lovers of tranquility and nature. The houses on stilts are cute and very beautiful. Excellent food. Private beach in a Bay.

Absolutely thrilled. To date while on the road but not a problem for us, we were always over accompanied by the hotel staff.

We were not looking for a cookie cutter experience at a huge resort, but rather a trip without our kids that was intimate and romantic. Palms delivered this at every turn. It is a smaller site but there was little bad to say about the site, the people were spectacular and everything was easy like sunday morning. And surprise, surprise, the whole thing starts with a VIP service at the airport. Wicked-awesome. Pros — very adult experience, everyone is there for the same no kids experience — best food, 4/5 compared to other all inclusives I've been too. The 2 restaurants were both excellent as well. — great coffee, cappuccino — Food 7.30-1 am. Dinner closes at 10.30, but they keep a snack bar open until 1a; greasy bacon cheeseburgers at 1am after drinking all night was sooo good. — beach is amazing. Booze and food right at the beach — free access to non-motorized toys. Get your sailing skills in order as they have an awesome catamaram anyone can use — pool never closes. SWEET! — bar stays open until 1a — bed was one of the most comfortable — patio was great. Could sit and enjoy the heat at night or relax in the odd rainfall — Cute treehouses. They are set on angles to each other, so private and spaced out; nothing like sharing apartments in hotels — live music every night. It wasn't always the best (the lady on sat was exceptional) and with such a small audience, its a tough crowd to get wound up. But it was nice and we danced about half the time we went.

A very nice property, great ambience. The staff was also excellent and very friendly. However the location is quite far away from other places in Negril and honestly the real Jamaica is off the property. The resort area felt very western.

My wife and I just stayed for the first time. This is a smaller resort than we've stayed at in the past… as we understand it, the whole resort only accomodates up to 150 guests which we felt made it easier to get to know the other guests and make friends. Everything was top notch from the friendly and extremely accommodating staff to the quality of the food (recommend making dinner reservations for Chef's Table and the Lotus Leaf as often as possible, as well as the jerk chicken at the beach) to the "treehouse" cabins which are laid out in a way that ensure you have peace and quiet when you want it. The water at the private beach resort is beautiful and still (and crossing the street to get to the beach is no big deal as others have said) A couple of travel tips: — DO come prepared with DEET bug spray. The jungle feel of the resort is a good hiding place for mosquitos, and even though the resort sprays daily at 4pm, my wife and I and other guests got bit a lot. — DO ask the bartenders for theor special drinks. All of them have some tasty creations that aren't published on the menu — DON'T book an 8am return flight the day you're leaving like I did… you need to leave the resort at 4:30 am to reasonably make your flight, and no sane person should be doing that on vacation.

5 stars! We have stayed there 6 times and will return again this year. The accommodations are beyond compare. The resort is lovely… a treat for all of your senses. The staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful and gracious. They make you feel like family. Food is delectable. We spent hoursand hours at the beach. The locals are the most genuine people. Beach entertainment will keep a smile on your face.
