My stay was great, great food, great customer service and lovely rooms.

There can never be a bad comment as whatever they may have as a downfall; they make up with something else. The staff was wonderful, guests were amazing, the pool, room, food, Wi-Fi and everything was extraordinary. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hospitality was on point, great staff and atmosphere, I said 'YES' there.

Food and customer service was great! Package was worth it. Would recommend! Felt safe despite the virus as it wasnt crowded and people wore their masks.

It’s a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of life and for rejuvenating your cells. Lovely atmosphere and lovely surroundings. A nice breathe taking view of the sea sea.

The ambience, the property the food the customer service received was top notch! very excellent keep up the great work cardiff and team, can use some more entertainment though @ nights and please clean that pool for me in the morning.

Variety of food. You get what they serve very little variation. Asked for coffee at dinner time and was told as they di not serve coffee at dinner I had to pay for the coffee. Said no thank you.
Very stingy with room service. One coffee pouch per room. 2 to 3 bags of tea. When asked for more coffee was told will check what the rules are.
Rooms are clean. Place is nice but need to use a shuttle to go to the beach as the resort does not have it's own beach. Nothing to do at the hotel.

Very good hotel! Food and drinks are very good. Everything is very clean and rooms are perfect. All staff is very friendly! Hope I will come back here again! ❤

Hotel staff is friendly and very hospitable. Food delicious especially if you have a Jamaican pallet.

Wonderful little jem of a hotel tucked away in the hills overlooking Runaway Bay. Great for business trips. Note it's not an all inclusive resort. Great spa too. Used as a training facility for HEART Trust the national vocational college, so they make a real effort to demonstrate the value of customer service.

My stay was very good. Quaint little hotel with good amenities. The food was good and the water in the pool was warm and inviting. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I would revisit.

I booked a room with them through a 3rd party but had to cancel last minute due to circumstances beyond my control. I explained my situation to them and was offered no partial refund or future discounts. I do not recommend them as reception is hard to reach and they are not very understanding that situations beyond one's control pop up from time to time.

Lovely venue. Not too hype. It's like a nature getaway resort. The food is PHENOMENAL! Can't wait to go back.

The securities at the gate were terribly… They don't know how to communicate with the guests and also give inaccurate information resulting in persons getting lost in the area… The area is quiet and being on the hill nested within the rocks may offer some tranquility to the nature lovers…

Clean and quiet environment. From the security at the gate to the staff and students of the institution, they were all friendly and courteous.

You can not charge the room service to your room. So if you call for a room service you must go inmidiately to from desk to pay (credit card), and maybe you could not call service room If you dont want to leave the room. (crazy). Thats not good service.

The facility was clean for the most part. The pool need a little maintaining… staff need to be a little more friendly… but my room attendant was awesome "tiffany" she was amazing… real definition of customer service… this place is for a family or if you need a place to rest and relax… the environment is very relaxing and quite.

An ideal place for business personnels to host meetings. A good place for weddings and simply great as a place to stay while enjoying all of what the parish of St. Ann has to offer.

Food is great. Staff are excellent. We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. We had no regrets. The staff went beyond there call of duty in assisting us for the ceremony. The guest all enjoyed the food that was served.

Polite, efficiebt service. Quiet hillside property. Car service recommended (distance wise) to get to nearby attractions and places.

This place is overrated, the staff at the front desk is rude and non professional! not all but one main staff member that was aggressive and very nasty. I stayed 3 nights and was very disappointed with the service! too much attitudes at this place… the rooms and grounds were beautiful but housekeeping had an attitude when asked one simple question… Breakfast could be better the yam and banana was very tough… the price for a night should be cheaper with all the attitudes at this place. When I spoke with the manager he explained that the hotel was used mainly for training in hospitality and the majority of staff were students but thats no excuse, if they behave that way now imagine when they do get employment at a real job/hotel. Some staff were pleasant but the majority rules and they were nasty and attitude city at this place.

Courteous & attentive staff Well maintained grounds. Restaurant spa & pool plus view of the sea from most rooms makes it lovely to stay. Quiet with a security guard at the gate.

Great rooms and great food.

Had a terrible time, where do I begin. The room was disappointing, the only thing that satisfied me was the Air Conditioning. The pool was right at the front of the hotel!? As if I'm begging to be the first thing guest see as they come to the hotel. The food was the only decent thing at this place, but where was the entertainment? Coming to Jamaica and I'm bored? The Wi-Fi was equally as terrible so I could not even entertain myself. Honestly, do better.

I really wanted to say I hated it, but the guy that carried the bags really helped them achieve an "its okay. " Bathroom was not clean, could see the water marks in the bath tub when we first arrived. The spa was not ready for business when we got there after 10am… bearing in mind 10am is their opening time. But the manager apologized and she was quite pleasant so I will forgive them for that. The nail tech was not the most pleasant person, not sure what transpired before I came but… sighs… am not sure that nail technicians understand that they have a very sensitive job… their duty is to ensure that the clients are as comfortable as possible and if your feet were always nice and soft, then technically there wouldn't be a need for their line of work… would I come back… perhaps not. But its partly a learning institution. Guess they have a whole lot to learn.

The food was great. The menu was Christmas themed. I still remember the ham.

It's a nice place to stay, very peaceful, food is very nice, good staff especially Francine, Orian, Floyd ect I had a good facial at the Spa Jillian did very well. The only negative for me too much cobweb.

Nice little hotel to overnight in. Good price. Nice room. Good service. Only negative for me was that the air conditioning was a bit dated so it made more noise than I'm accustomed to. Otherwise it was a good experience but I wouldn't recommend a lengthy stay.

The hotel space for me was disappointing. Mostly due to the high expectations I had. I couldn't use the pool because the water was dirty. The staff, especially, the restaurant, was not courteous. Food taste was average for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the plus side, the rooms were clean. Both bedroom and conference room. Room service was decent and quick. View was decent. Overall, I wouldn't stay there for a long vacation. However, would recommend for short stays.

Small boutique hotel. Quiet. Perfect place to be if you just want to get away.

Best place for quiet, Undisturbed, well needed rest. It feels nourishing to bond with nature, waking up to the birds chirping and going out on your balcony and look out over the golf course and it's surrounding.

Staff awesome, rooms awesome, food good but needs a little variety.

The staff is great, attentive to details and very friendly. Won't be disappointed with the staff. Some people say this property is too close to the main road but I think it's ok, the main road is not busy. Nice place to just "chillax" with bae or the family.

It's a nice facility. Not top class, but comfortable. The plated service in the restaurant is quite slow hit the meals are usually tasty.

The Cardiff is a wonderful little hideaway. I have been here three times now it's like my little home away from home. Love it.

Cardiff Hotel is a nice place for family vacation. The staff is friendly, food is good, rooms are spaceus and clean. My family and I have been there more than one time and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff. The grounds are well kept and the food is really good. Of you get a room with a view then you're in for a treat.

I was not actually staying at the Cardiff Hotel. Was recommended that I could have breakfast there. Well OMD Christmas Eve breakfast to die for, lovely food excellent staff very reasonable price. Will be recommending this hotel when I go back home.

My stay here was wonderful! Of course nowhere is perfect but the issues there are a minority. Relaxing environment! Friendly staff! Big up Andrea at the front desk, Tavis who works as the "bellboy", Levaun and Francis (waiter and waitress). Thank you all for making my stay such an enjoyable one! Oh! And the food is lovely! Buffet style all the way! Of course if you don't want what's on the buffet u can order otherwise. The pool is lovely and the view from the balcony is refreshing! Would definitely go back there and will definitely be going back there. Thanks to everyone!

I use to work at this place. Wonderful. I would recommend staying there.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here on the 15th of August and we enjoyed it there, some what. It is a very serene hotel good for relaxing and enjoying nature. It is a nice green place, beautiful green plants. Our room was amazing and the ac worked well. Talk about the Wi-Fi coverage; it was up like 7! The check-in took some time as we were told our room wasn't ready when we got there at five. As for the checkout it took much longer as they took very long to send for our bags. While booking this hotel I was told to pay a particular cost for the honeymoon package and a list of things were outlined as being included in the package, for example breakfast in bed. However, the first morning we got breakfast in bed we had to pay room service fee and the second morning nobody came, we had to walk to the dining area. Another problem we had was the fact that we had a telephone in the room but we weren't given an internal directory so we had to be moving to and fro to the front desk. Another problem we had was the fact that they are not punctual; they did not meet any of our time schedules… Anyway, the most disappointing issue we had was the fact that they dont offer tasty meals. The MEALS were terrible!
