The staff excellent the bar staff on point place clean and nice would go back there any time.

A nice hotel in the center of Kingston with a pool and a greath bar. It tok only 2 minuts to fix the Wi-Fi system that crackers when a lot of propeller whanted to log om at the same time.

Food is good and the hotel staff service including the rooms.

The Hospitality very friendly staff.

I would say this Hotel is in the Ok category but installation is rather old and no near by places to go and gather around. If you need to be in Kingston and be in an affordable place this might be a good option. I am looking to try another hotel next time. Food in restaurant was good. Pool very basic. Rooms also very basic and old furniture.

A great experience overall! I was there for a function so I didn't stay overnight but the staff were very courteous and the breakfast was amazing! The lunch that was provided left lots to be desired but that didn't subtract from the environment itself. A great location for weddings, receptions, or general functions!

Beautiful place, well-kept grounds, good food and polite staff. The conference rooms are great spaces for functions. Always enjoy going there.

Went for my uncle's wedding in August. A lovely garden setting with an indoor reception. Staff were very friendly and down to earth. Horderves were not as poorly constructed as dinner though. Chef Gordon Ramsay would say … "taste everything " I'm not a picky eater for a skinny person and I had to leave my dinner on the plate.

Staff is courteous, very helpful and pleasant. The cost is affordable, however, you get more than you pay for. The accommodation is excellent. Room decor is relaxing and inviting. There is hot water and lots of it too. The food is delicious, service is excellent. Would recommend The Knutsford Court Hotel.

I went here for the Seneca College study and travel program seminar. The event was held in the hotel's conference room. Upon arrival at the hotel, signs could have been seen at strategic locations giving directions to prospective attendees of the event and staff of the hotel were also placed at strategic locations to guide incoming attendees. If this experience is anything to go by, it can be said that the staff and management at this hotel is extremely professional. Additionally, the environment here is something to behold, with great lighting, it's naturistic and the ergonomics are excellent. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel.

The staff were awesome and very helpful. Especially the guy at check in and the person who helped me with my bags. Everyone is friendly, and free delicious breakfast was good too. I love that they had a wide variety of locally grown fruits in season:)

Attended an investor's forum staged by Mayberry Investments and Supreme Ventures. Very friendly atmosphere. Comfortable environs. Adequate parking was available and security was friendly.

I went to an event here this month and the food and buffet was really good. However, the staff was extremely conservative when serving and although it is understandable that they would have to monitor the food available for remaining guests, it was still irregular. In fact, there was ALOT of food left over and when I went to help myself to seconds my first serving was so meager, a server promptly stopped me and insisted she would serve me! Again it was so small I refused her offer. Only to find out later that the entire buffet was paid for by my party and the host had no intention of taking the left overs home! Although it is natural that staff take home left overs sometimes, there needs to be a policy on this practice — either developed or enforced. Finally, the whole thing was hilarious! I now have the perception that the staff at this establishment are more concerned with themselves than the service provided. I would be very reluctant to recommend anyone patronize at the restaurants or suits at the Knutsford.

No a very business friendly hotel. Doesn't have coffee makers in the rooms even in the superior rooms. Other hotels at a much lower price have them. If you ask for one they say you have to pay $5.00 dollars a day, which I find ridiculous because their room rates are too high for what the hotel offers. The place is very dated and too some extent not very clean at all.

Central location — close to shopping areas and a gym — not always the safest area to go walking alone, especially at night. Reasonably comfortable Moderately priced Good for meetings It's a smaller hotel, so they are frequently at full occupancy, but most visitors are there for short stays. Staff are pleasant and helpful Food is usually good — occasionally get a seeming experiment, but it's never terrible. Overall, a good experience.

I spent three nights at the Knutsford Court Hotel with my husband and 11 month old son. The hotel is quite unassuming (compared to the Pegasus or Courtyard Marriott). Check-in was easy and the front desk staff are professional. The room was adequate and also included an iron and ironing board. The bed was comfy with white sheets and comforter (I despise the hideous floral type comforters found on some hotel beds). The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Tastee's and Chelsea Jerk Centre. Breakfast was decent and they had banana porridge during our stay. We had no issues with noise, and our room was fairly close to the stairwell. I gave the hotel four stars because there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, and the property has no elevators! It was very inconvenient and cumbersome going up and down four flights of stairs with an infant, a stroller, and suitcases.  The AC unit can be set to 50 degrees but our room got no lower than 70. ps. Upon departure, I suggested that they install an elevator and was told they are currently working on it.

I haven't stayed at this hotel, but I love the restaurant, the Melting Pot, traffic is low, and it's a pretty cozy space. The food is good and the staff seem to be very respectful. I should mention that the hotel is a great spot for hosting conferences, luncheons and small shows.

Very clean, nice hotel with workers who appear to love their jobs. However they switch the rates at check-in after you book online. So for that reason it gets 4 stars.

Went for a training as well as other events before but for some reason the finger food I received at other functions taste way better than the lunch I got. The soup was cold. I am hoping this was a one of experience and not the norm.

This was a decent hotel for our short length of stay, but it could have used some updates. Breakfast was good, pool was nice, bar was good! No elevator though, so pack light. It was looked like they were building/installing one though when we were leaving, so that may have changed by the time you read this.

It was fantastic. The staff were super helpful, courteous, receptive and professional. Apart from the water which didn't heat up properly, all other things were spot on.

The rooms aren't really half bad. I mean, 2 star at best. But not bad. The Customer service in terms of flexibility can use some work though.

Stayed here for a month. It was good. Friendly staff. During night cannot walk outside you will be surrounded by hundreds of mosquitoes.

Nice hotel very quiet if you like peace n quiet but not too far from the hub bub and shops and restaurants. Breakfast not too bad for regular food but u have to pay extra for Jamaican food which is a shame I believe u have to showcase your countries food not put it on a premium price for dinner In the restaurant in the hotel very expensive. Overall it was a very nice hotel.

A good place for a holiday. The swimming pool is great. A calm place. A lots of weddings take place there.

We are a family of 16, we have had a wonderful time here at the Knutsford court hotel. We stayed for two weeks. The staff here have really made every effort in making sure we have what we need and are having a good time. We met three really nice and very helpful staff during our stay. Craig, Kerri and Andrew. We was always looked after very well in the mornings by Kerri and Andrew at the melting pot, they was always very polite and cheerful, gave us great customer service. Craig the doorman always had a smile and was nice to see a friendly face in the morning when we went out and came back. Thank you Craig, Andrew and Kerri from all 16 of us! (Londoners)

Located in New Kingston it's a wonderful place to relax and rest. The service is of high quality and the rooms are very comfortable. The line of design is traditional but clean. The restaurant is an invitation to taste the creativity of the Jamaican kitchen. Ideal for a business or family trip.

Nice place for hosting meetings, workshops, dinners, wedding reception etc. Parking can be a major iussue depending on how many other events are there. They also offer accommodations. Not necessarily the most reasonable in pricing and it's not all-inclusive.

Carefully review your bill. They do bate and switch. You book on line at one rate but at check in you are told some cock and bull story as to why the rate is different. My suggestion is to shop around. Dont go by their ad. Not a good way to do businesd.

A very good location to stay on you are in Kingston on business. It is close to several Restaurants, clubs and places of attraction. The food is also very good.

Went there for a training seminar. The room was spacious and comfortable. The coffee breaks were good, excellent assortment of tea and pastries. The restroom was near to the training area. The hotel seemed very clean.

Nice place, wonderful people with excellent service skills. The stairs and passage to the rooms is too narrow and steep. Microwave doesn't come in all rooms and a $5 per day charge if one is requested.

Knutsford Court Hotel is centrally located in Kingston's business district, New Kingston. I dined at the hotel's restaurant, Melting Pot. They serve both local and international cuisine with delectable meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner served with appetizers, sides and refreshing cocktails. There's a beautiful pool outside the restaurant if you choose to have a romantic view while dining, also complimented with scented candles. If you are business professional visiting Jamaica or if you're a local looking to spend a relaxing evening after work, Knutsford fits the bill.

The experience was lovely, customer service was good except for a particular car park member. We forgot our pass to give him, regardless that we were inside already. The man shouted in an unrated manner 'you are not leaving here without the pass! '. Smh, he needs to be retrained.

I have stayed at Knutsford Court Hotel a few times and every time is a delight going there. The staff is friendly and very professional. The rooms are clean and spacious from the very standard room. The food served at their restaurant the Melting Pot is very tasty as well.

Attended a wedding reception, the staff were excellent and the food well done. Relaxed environment with no harrying by hotel personnel even the event was over. Room was ok, had all the basic amenities.

There are no elevators so you must drag your bags up stairs. The water pressure is so low even the toilets have to be flushed 3 or 4 times. Hot water is hit or miss. It may be hot or you might have to wait an hour for it to heat. The free breakfast is okay but you have to pay for fried eggs. The Wi-Fi is reliable for email and web browsing and facebook but don't try to stream Netflix. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

A fine hotel. Its not the best but its a good place for international Sports teams to book and a good place to hold small meet ups or host medium size conferences. I also features a 2 side entrance on opposite sides.

Good for up to 3 nights. Rooms are not too looking. Property looks ok. The pool is very small with no view. There is a ok restaurant in the property.

My stay started out good but the night before I left we discovered that Four Items from our room were missing I was told that a staff member and a security officer would have to go through my bag to insure I did not miss place anything! So you still from me and now you want to violate me again? The items that are missing are hygiene products one comb, Lysol spray, mouth wash and one shirt. The next morning I told the office staff that I needed a late check out. I was told that late check out is until 2:00 if I stayed until 3:00pm I would need to pay $85 usd to stay one extra hour?! I alerted the staff at check in what time I would have to leave and he said no problem he never mentioned an additional fee. Now the morning after being violated and stolen from I am told I am going to be raped again! My husband also was not allowed to wear a sleeves shirt to the dinning area. The food was great the dinning staff was very nice. The cleaning staff very rude and are thieving! The room is also musty and the a/c vent has black mold on it! Don't stay here! Signed room 2218!

I always stay in this hotel when visiting Kingston. This hotel is in central Kingston, less than a 5 minute drive from the Bob Marley Museum. It offers an on-site restaurant, an outdoor pool, and an on-site fitness center. The Melting Pot Restaurant & Lounge serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in its bright dining room. Breakfast is included when you pay for the room, but they should improve what they serve, sometimes they repeat the options. Some areas of the hotel are accessible for people with disabilities.

Very central. Services are great and security and parkings are adequate. Easy to find facilities due to design and space.

I attanded a business seminar here last May 2016. Only contace with hotel staff was security and reception staff, who I found welcoming, friendly and helpful. Environment and facilities good, appears bright, spacious and well maintained.

After I back from trasure beach, I could feel relax very much. Inside the hotel, no danger, very comfortable.

What a horrid hotel! Lets start with the room. Several of the outlets did not work, so recharging my electronics was a joke. They have a conference center, which had live bands playing 2 of the 7 nights I was there, they 11:30 PM on a Thursday night… did not sleep that evening. Sunday they had a Church service with a live band, making it virtually impossible to sit at the pool and enjoy my time there. The neighborhood was crime infested, meaning you could not walk around there. The food at their restaurant is overpriced and virtually inedible. Had Rosemary Chicken that was Jerk hot and loaded with salt… $33 US only to return it 1/2 eaten. I had a lunch of a burger and red stripe which was $16 US, the burger tasted like goat! Breakfast was all kinds of odd food. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Convenient and friendly. Rooms were clean and staff always friendly and helpful. My 9yr old son and I felt safe at all times and unstressed, rooms secure and quiet. No loud music even at weekends. OK yes it is a good quality and serves local clients more than tourists, but to us that was a ++ Recommended without conditions.

People DO NOT GO TO THE KNUTSFORD COURT IN KINGSTON JAMAICA! How can I give this place a — 1000 stars? Just left this hell hole and the only people I would recommend go here are people who I HATE because I know I would satisfied with the ordeal they would suffer. During my stay here, the housekeeping staff stole some of my brand new personal items. We reported it to management and got a sorry @$$ "there's nothing we can do" result. No offer to compensate my belongings. They checked my sister into a room with a balcony door with no lock. We reported it at 2 p. M. That evening and no one ever came to make adjustments. We ended up buying OUR OWN LOCK FOR HER SAFETY. No one ever came even to the day we left. My cousin said the local police was called to the room beside her. That's when I knew CHOOSING THIS HOTEL WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! Don't make the same mistake — there are no elevators, there is only one microwave to service the entire hotel and it's placed in the laundry room, and security does not roam the property. The only reason I gave it one star is because of the restaurant staff. Miss Kerry is a star. I hope they get jobs at better hotels. Spent the trip locking everything up. No way to travel, very frustrating. If spending your hard earned money to get robbed is okay with you — go for it. I'm here to tell you I do not want you to go through what I did — DO NOT COME HERE, THIS HOTEL IS NO GOOD — go to a hotel where they respect you, your belongings and your safety.

Very good hotel with good cokida traditional although there is not much variety. The rooms are simple but cuentsn with the basics. There is cable and internet but very slow.
