Best time Kingston ever! There are many who stand out yet pool bar staff are amazing and not to drop names there is literally only one female and she makes drinks to come back for and I and I will!

A clean hotel is a clean hotel. I have traveled a good bit of my adult life what makes this hotel wonderful are the people from the front desk staff the wait staff the cleaning staff all are just wonderful. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Still my favourite hotel in Kingston, the place is modern. It's centrally located, clean, the restaurant is awesome, the pool side bar and grill is very romantic. I absolutely love this place.

Breakfast was great. Had to run so they arranged for me to have it to go. The room was spacious and Samantha my reservation agent was so helpful!

Very clean and comfortable room, and I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property has a beautiful pool, 2 restaurants, a business center, and a sundries shop. They have a sister property right next door that has additional dining options and an ATM that dispenses both USD and JMD.

Stayed here for fours days. Everything was awesome staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Rooms very clean. We will definitely be back.

We stay here for only one night. But the hotel gets great recommendation from other company employee's that stay here. I see why. The staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are awesome. Huge. Large sitting area, large bathroom, large …

I highly recommend Courtleigh for your choice of Hotel. My overall experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly and professional, my room was very clean and well put together, and most importantly, my suite felt like I was home. I didn't feel like I was in a hotel at all staying for a couple of days or one night. Courtleigh was a perfect choice for a get a way from my labor intensive business. Stayed at this hotel for four days. Had an Amazing time. Staff was friendly and accommodating. In the dining area Antonie was kind and helpful and pleasant. If you need transportation ask for Dr. Watson he was the best part of the trip his van was clean, he was friendly, rates were reasonable, and his personality superced all expectations. Thank you Courtleigh I will be back.

I've had to visit this hotel on several occassions and each time ive found the staff there to be really nice and very helpful. Its an overall pretty good looking hotel, not huge but ample. Great if you're coming for a business trip.

Perfect for weddings (ceremony & reception), business meetings etc. Food was delicious too. I enjoyed my time there.

If you are here on business and just need a clean room without all the bells and whistles this place is an option. They offer a free acceptable breakfast with options to pay for additional elements. The dinner options come from a limited menu which tastes good but are a bit pricey. The internet connection can be be better but it is good enough for basic browsing.

Good hotel, you just have to do something with the alarm when the light goes out.

Their customer service and food is good. Good place for meetings or any business ventures, comfortable rooms. Overall I would recommend.

Service at this Hotel is truly outstanding. The staff is courteous, warm and ready to serve with a smile. The meal prices was reasonable and it tasted really good. Presentation is wonderful. Ask the Bartender (C. J) for his best cocktail and you will not be disappointed. He know just what to blend for you. I will be back the next time I am in the New Kingston area.

Relatively clean hotel. The suites could be refreshed. Very frequented by the locals that prevent a pleasant relaxation at the bar. Little variety for a long stay.

The hotel was clean, the air conditioning worked, and the staff were very helpful. I liked the buffet breakfast, and the food in the hotel restaurant, Alexander, looked good. The facilities were fine, there is an on-site laundry room, and a nice gym. Parking is easy in the hotel car park. My room had a separate living room, and a desk for working. It was comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel is close to Emancipation Park which has a good 500m walking/jogging track, and security at night. There are plenty of low end places to eat nearby, but you have to travel a bit for something higher end.

Nice relaxing place to have a good Jamaican breakfast. The hotel is quite and surreal. A real Jamaican relaxation.

I visited just this week for a wedding anniversary (private function). The layout and decor of the room exceeded our expectations but of all the food was excellent… well done chef.

Had a delicious and fabulous Christmas meal courtesy of their restaurant. Definitely worth the money. Compliments to the chef.

I stayed at the Courtleigh from 12/14 — 12/18 2017. I was so impressed with the place. It was clean. Housecleaning did an extremely superb job with our room. The kitchen crew was kind, and friendly. Front desk staff were warm, patient and polite. I was referred by Carl Dias of JUTA to stay here. I was impressed with Jermaine the first person who greeted us at my arrival. Keep up the good work y'all.

Courtleigh Hotel and Suites is conveniently located to clubs and restaurants, secure area. The staff is friendly and very attentive to guess needs. The rooms are great and the food is great. It is priced Right and great views from the rooms.

The whole stay here was an excellent experience! The staff were friendly. The suite was decorated beautifully and very spacious. The pool bar was a beautiful area and the food was superb.

I loved everything about this place. Every staff including bellman, front desk, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping were courteous, helpful, effecient, and showed a high level of competency in performing their individual roles. The rooms were clean and spacious; having a room with a balcony further enhanced the overall room experience. The Courtleigh is my new favorite hotel in Kingston and I plan on staying there the next time I'm in the area.

This is a nice Hotel for persons conducting business in Kingston and need somewhere to stay. The food is very good and the Hotel is located in the heart of New Kingston in close proximity to Parks, Restaurants, Bars and Clubs.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Restaurant has pretty good food. Swimming pool closes at 5 pm so I never got to use it. Avoid room 102 (a suite) which is next to the very loud laundry room, unless noise in the evening doesn't bother you. Staff nice and attentive.

Nice place to stay when you are traveling for business to Jamaica. The rooms are. Bigger than what you would expect for a hotel in this price range.

This is our 4th time in the past 4 years staying here, it's a lovely hotel, the staff is awesome from the manager to housekeeping, everyone that we've come in contact with, they're warm and they really go above and beyond for their customers. As long as we're staying in Kingston this will always be our hotel of choice. To name a few, Mrs Reynolds who is exceptionally warm and approachable.

I've used Courtleigh Hotel a few times for business trips to Kingston and I've always received good service. Complementary Wi-Fi and breakfast. Being located in New Kingston is pretty ideal as it makes it easy for me to move around.

Exceptionally warm, inviting and helpful staff from front of houses to behind he scene. Decided to eat in the hotel Resturant, Alexander. Wasn't disappointed good wholesome dishes with a twist on burgers, wraps etc. Ordered a natural fruit punch and could of easily gone for another. None of this artificial full of colours and additives byproduct. If dinners anything to go by breakfast is worth staying the next day for.
Sadly only a stop over but will stay again if in Kingston.

I spent a total of three months at this hotel between may and november. The room cleaning personnel was supper nice. The waiters/waitresses were generally friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was plain. The waiting time on everything was extremely s l o w as it is the case with most services in Jamaica. Looking back I have to say I enjoyed my stay and I will miss many things from that hotel.
