I spent two days relaxing I am very satisfied both for the cleanliness, for the courtesy of the owner I recommend staying overnight and eating in their restaurant, excellent quality and price.

Cosy hotel large rooms attentive staff, helpful and very kind. Breakfast. A flaw the distance from the center and the lack of a shuttle service in a really poorly connected area.

Quiet place, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and air-conditioned rooms. Great restaurant service on the proposed menu and in the portions offered, from the appetizer to the dessert. Good value for money. Strategic for visiting Perugia and its surroundings.

Hotel a bit dated, but clean and the staff very nice. On the positive side, x those who love nature, there is a nearby pedestrian and cycling path, which skirts the river, you pass between trees and bird songs, and get to Valleceppi. In the end it's 10 km to go and 10 to come back.

I write another review besides the one I've already written on TripAdvisor… to which the owner responded… and for this very reason I write another one to reiterate the concept that the staff is polite and helpful, they eat well, but the air conditioning did not work, or rather in our case we could not expect that on June 12 the air conditioning was kept in all night long… The thing that makes me go wild is that the owner on TripAdvisor responds to my review by claiming that there was probably a misunderstanding. This is why the air conditioning was kept off even after explicit request from me to keep it on throughout the night… now I don't know what it's like not to understand when a customer makes such a request. However, even in my further review I reiterate what was written on TripAdvisor and I take a star for the response that the owner gave to my review that all in all was not negative.
To this I also add that if you spend time reading customer reviews and you always respond as if you were never responsible for the inconveniences that are described something that is wrong there is… gentlemen holding the teber hotel spend more time listening to the requests of your guests and when possible pander to them … and every now and then you avoid answering on TripAdvisor is disliked and you are not credible if to any criticism and immediate your justification.

Comfortable hotel. Well put. Friendly staff. Maybe the restaurant room should be more modern and better served.

Old-fashioned structure, rooms with old bathrooms, without double windows with a freeway that passes a few meters from the hotel. I'll let you imagine how well you sleep…

New and clean rooms. Pity that it does not have mosquito nets to open the windows at night. Friendly staff Breakfast, in the norm.

We were guests of the hotel Tevere thanks to a smartbox, we had a great time very nice staff especially Mr. Anna Perfect for her advice, great location out of the chaos and strategic to get to the beautiful places around the Council!

The room is a little bit expensive. Prices however Accettabilo. Availability and courtesy are not lacking.

Breakfast was good A very clean room, quiet, I was just very good. I highly recommend it to everyone. Standard price. The staff are always friendly and attentive to small needs. All this although I stopped only one night, for work.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean, the only thing was the double bed was made up of two mattresses from a square and I had to get up several times to put it back in place. Unfortunately we could not taste the kitchen because the restaurant was closed.
The hotel is also close to the centre of Perugia (10/15 min. Of machine) ; Assisi 20 minutes.

Clean hotel with large and bright rooms, it's already the. If you come with the kids and we feel at home! Yesterday we have. Tried also the restaurant, grade 10, great dinner great staff we are already thinking about when to return. I highly recommend it!

The staff are friendly and accommodating but the rooms are not very clean and is a bit old. The breakfast was 6eur per person.

Nothing bad to say about the staff which works with a smile and professionalism but the hotel has a lot to improve. Large environment with a very old style.

Nice hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. Free Wi-Fi, you will receive the key while checking in. The hotel is located at short distance from many services and the city of Perugia.

Very friendly and helpful. The bath room was not very clean and you could see traces of dirt in the shower tray. The room wasn't well insulated you could hear noise from outside and from the next room. Would not recommend.

Although I have spent 4 nights, they never cleaned the floor, changed the sheets and service is poor to say the least; not to mention the food and hospitality. The smell already feels in the lobby, the antipathy reigns supreme. One star is too much. Being on the freeway we also saw some trans. I donot.

Dirty, bad service and placed in a bad area.

Used only for one night on business in July 2013. From the outside it looks like a really ugly Motels along the highway and in fact while returning from normal road is next to the exit. Inside is wide and spacious, clean. The room is of normal size, small bathroom but has window and have hairdryer and shower gel. The breakfast is a bit on the small side if you like big breakfasts with salty. The Wi-Fi works but is very slow, not open either a mail page. The site is included the shuttle but you need to book it in advance. Good solution at regular price (45 eur a double use) with possibility of early check in since morning without extras.

More than a 3 star hotel. Maximum politeness, spacious and comfortable.
Apparently the restaurant is famous.
Slightly noisy due to the proximity of the motorway.
Parking is free.
