Excellent welcome, maximum availability and kindness, we went to Perugia for a concert, and the location is a few steps from where it would take place, in fact we went on foot and the car remained in the car park without problems of tolls or fines, if you wants to reach the center in 10 minutes on foot you can arrive without problems, the very varied breakfast, hot croissants and artisan jam, cereals, honey, milk, the coffee requested several times has always been served without problems, and also my request for biscuits integrals was satisfied without difficulty.
At Claudia you feel pampered. And this is the best quality.

A little difficult to find the structure since there are neither signs on the street nor indications on the intercom.
The B&B is a room in the apartment where Mrs. Claudia lives with her son Federico.
Good Wi-Fi. Cost for one night: €65.
Pleasant breakfast: I appreciated the coffee made with the mocha all for me.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to wash myself as there was no hot water.
The lady told me that I had to "let the water flow a lot" to get it hot and that she also had this problem in her bathroom because it takes a while to arrive from the boiler, which is far away.
I HATE WASTING, especially a precious commodity like water and for this reason I have penalized the rating of this B&B.
I advise the lady to immediately call a plumber who, in a couple of hours, will solve her entire problem by simply installing a boiler!
In this way she gives a gift to herself, to Federico, to her guests and to the whole planet!
I underline that I stayed in this B&B on Friday 22 March 2024, World Water Day!

I was there the week before Easter 2022 with my wife. Excellent experience, clean room, abundant breakfast and courtesy and helpfulness on the part of Claudia. The only flaw is the bed is a little short and the location is not very central, but manageable. The value for money is more than satisfactory. Greetings to the nice Federico.

The owner is very kind and warm, she welcomes you delightfully and the room are beautiful and clean. The breakfast is enough to full you. I highly recommend for staying some nights here!

I was in Perugia for my husband's surgery, and I stayed two days in Claudia's b & b, she is a very sweet person and her hospitality made me feel like I was at home, the bedroom with spacious bathroom, clean, tidy, practically perfect and what about breakfast? Abundant with jams, Maritozzi, etc. Made by her. I will definitely return and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some days in a familiar and peaceful atmosphere. Thanks Claudia.
