We immediately felt at home in NIMA Boutique House for our 12 day stay. It is quite spacious with modern facilities, not expected in such an old building.

Nice, well appointed apartment in a lovely city, very centrally located. Nicola was helpful with local information, and very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommended.

Despite the Google label, this is not a B&B, but a marvelous short-term rental apartment in the heart of Perugia.
