Beautiful room, very interesting furnishing details, comfortable bed, very well-kept linen, huge, super comfortable bathroom, equipped with everything, as spotless as the room.
Delicious breakfast, sweet, savory, very fresh croissants that the lady buys on the spot.
Lastly, the hospitality, the lady is really kind, we immediately felt welcomed and at ease, even with the motorbike parked safely inside the property. If your destination is Perugia, don't miss the chance to be extremely pampered by the Lady and this wonderful place.

I cannot begin to articulate how wonderful B&B Luce Riflessa and the hosts were during my stay.
I had arrived to Perugia to attend a wedding the next day. Due to multiple delays, my plane had landed late that evening. I had also been foolish enough to forget to buy a European SIM card, so without data, I was bereft of translation apps or maps to navigate the city and find something to eat before I went to bed.
The host truly went above and beyond. As I was fumbling between extremely fragmented Italian, simple English and awkward pantomime, she had phoned a friend who could help translate and put her on speakerphone. Within minutes of this, I was driven into a beautiful village and settled into Vineria La Fraschetta (a mere half-hour before closing), where I enjoyed my first taste of authentic Italian cuisine, before being picked up and dropped off at the B&B again.
Settling in for the night, my accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The property is situated in a very quiet part of the countryside. Everything from the furniture, to the decor, to the surrounding countryside added up to a rustic flair that can make any traveller feel comfortable, even thousands of kilometres away from home. After a long, exhausting journey, nothing felt better than to just soak in the tub and drift to sleep.
And breakfast was another delight as well.

This accommodation is a hidden pearl. On a 15 day trip, tour of Italy we stayed in 12 accommodations. This is the best of all.
Here we felt the hospitality.
The house is a villa with a large green courtyard full of beautiful flowers and plants. The interior is beautifully decorated. In every corner you notice the good finesse of the owner and she challenges you to photograph it.
Although it was not cold, as soon as we arrived he opened the heating for us to feel warmth as he saw that we were suffering from the trip.
The room is large with exquisite antique furniture decorated. Each corner is very neat. The bed was a double with good quality sheets and embroidered pillowcases. The sleep was so beautiful and sweet that we did not want to get up in the morning. The mattress was wonderful. The headboard of the bed was from an old door that had been restored. The bathroom is huge with everything you need.
In the morning I found another surprise. A huge table in the kitchen full of delicacies for breakfast. There were candles lit all over the place. The rich breakfast was also quality. Everything meticulous down to the last detail while the owner did not stop preparing extra dishes to please us.
It is the only accommodation among the 12 that we stayed in during this tour of Italy that we felt hospitality, that we felt that we were at home.
It is a pity that I can grade only with a simple excellent.
