Nice rustic friendly great location to visit Umbria. Excellent cuisine.

Very nice farmhouse a few meters from the beautiful village Montone.
Located in open countryside and around it is possible to show up close to the children beautiful animals, such as horses, peacocks and hens!

Beautiful place and cared for by the owners who are really special people. Breakfast plentiful with different types of cake strictly homemade as well as dinner. Will definitely return.

Excellent farmhouse: I had a room furnished in style with bathroom, TV, fridge, Wi fi.
Great breakfast, there was everything: pastries, tart cooked on their wooden oven, juices, coffee… buffet great reception, really special people, as special is the whole environment we will return…

It's a great place how great are Antonio and Laura two people who make you feel right between friends.

I spent the end of the year with the camper together with friends. The property is beautiful and immersed in the countryside. Dinner without praise or infamy, fortunately the company was the right one.
I am nervous that these days I am receiving confirmation email posting reviews for this property on TripAdvisor and other sites that I have never entered. Obviously reviews with praise that rhymes so much with fraud. Someone is using my email address to post bogus feedback. Who will ever have interest?

A beautiful place immersed in nature. Managers courteous and available to any need. The pool is nice and clean. The rooms are large and welcoming. Great and genuine food. It's a great place for kids, with riding. I highly recommend it.

Quiet place, immersed in the green of the hills, easy to reach. My apartment was clean, and comfortable, and furnished with good taste. Family welcome and excellent traditional cuisine with local products.

I stayed in January 2016, with my husband and daughter, in this House for a week and I must say that the value is really bad. They don't clean rooms and bathrooms without changing the sheets and towels, asking the Lady Laura told me that cleaned only after one week, I asked two towels for the pool twice and the second time Mrs Laura asked me € 5, pre-TV that not even working, fridge not working, bed uncomfortable with mattress that dipped for dinner on arrival after the trip they asked 40 € and didn't eat who knows what, juice for my daughter from the breakfast room outside of breakfast I was overcharged, bicycles, horse-riding aside, all this for € 80 a night is really too much, because you don't offer anything. Beautiful place and well maintained regarding location, dispersion in nature but poorly managed. Turning, we saw reality much higher at lower prices. Reluctantly I would not return.

I love this farm: it's beautiful! Mean heavenly spectacle is an understatement. Cosy and clean rooms, excellent and abundant breakfasts and dinners with produce from the farm. Very close to the freeway, you can easily reach the most beautiful cities of Umbria.
My children do not forget the farm animals and horseback riding. With gratitude.

We've just been. Beautiful place. Exceptional welcome. Food very good. I think it's perfect for families with children. Will definitely be back.

The first thing that will strike you is the beauty of the place, the stone farmhouse, the panoramic pool, the serenity that is breathed ASAP …
Clean, spacious and well furnished the apartment I had, good and abundant breakfast and dinner with typical products of the organic farm.
Fun for the kids, make sure you take the horses and all the animals that are there.
I recommend it to everyone.

Hospitality, kindness and friendly atmosphere … So relax, but also many possibilities for those who like an active tourism. Wonderful texture and great location (close to Montone, a few km from Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Città di Castello etc. ). Acquacalda is a real farm!

Agriturismo acquacalda is easy to reach, is just 2 KM from the highway. Very nice, has it all: immaculate rooms, excellent cuisine, ample parking, pool 8-16mt farm, playground … There is also a riding school: a wonder.

Run by friendly people and extremely available, SUPER pool after several visits to the most important towns of Umbria. The farm is located in an excellent location close to the most popular destinations in Umbria, near the E45, which moves quickly.
You can make use of the riding school attached to the farm for relaxing outings in pony trekking, horse riding lessons or for real.
Kids will have fun with the animals that inhabit the stables, handlers give free access to these areas.
Dinner with typical Umbrian dishes, delicious and inviting.
Shown indeed highly recommended as a landing for caravans and campers who want to stop a few days to relax or visit the many medieval villages in the area.

Wonderful family management place cozy landscape umbro gorgeous… With the possibility to ride a horse and bathe in the pool… Nothing is missing.
