I have been on a 5 day tour and would not recommend this hotel for anything in the world. But the good reviews you buy? Then the pictures of this hotel are not truthful, there is not a pool the rooms are dirty you eat one… The staff is disagreeable the waiters never polite. In the room a friend of mine when she came In opened the closet and found some bugs. The rooms are not cleaned and the tablecloths in the restaurant are never changed. The food is bad and a friend of mine filmed a bug on the meat we have the video. I just wanted to compliment the Dj at least he was entertaining us and was not as rude as all the staff. But the disco cleaned the last night there was the dust one metre high.

I do not want to make controversy nor anything, but in my opinion this is not a hotel that is worth 3 stars can hardly get to ½.
Having said that the motivation of my assessment is that it is not possible that a rated 3 star hotel and with equally good reviews does not change tablecloths, the blankets smelled, just as disgusting friends in the dishes and in the cabinets, led spotlights that do not make the Their duty and dirty towels so much so that a friend of mine found a dirty towel of.
From the website of the page L hotel showed a swimming pool but I didn't even see the shade of a puddle.
The staff was quite rude and a waitress also threw me some sauce on the good T-shirt and responded with a simple: "Sorry, it Happens".
That said I would not recommend it to my friends.

Unfortunately we expected a lot more from a 3 star hotel paid handsomely, so not some dirty tablecloths for the duration of the rest, nor much less, very little variety of food during meals.
The fact that we found bugs and poor cleanliness in the rooms didn't excite us that much and as far as the spotlights in the dining room didn't do their best work, I think it's the only thing that could be remotely accepted.
For me in particular that I suffer from a definite food intolerance, I expected something more extensive rather than pasta in white every day.
I just expect that the response of my review does not have a copy and paste of the previous because it would be even more disappointing than it already is.

I sincerely thank the staff of the Hotel for their availability in the educational trip to Etruria that has seen its guests for five days with almost 100 students of the SMS San Giovanni Bosco — summa Villa of Somma Vesuviana last week.
In particular for having waited 1 hour is half to serve the dinner last Thursday following a delay accumulated in the excursion to Orbetello for objective incidents that have occurred.

The hotel says it has a pool but I nn I own view, then the food is not one of the best in fact a girl has found an insect above her to the meat. The rooms are dirty don't change the sheets there but the cleaning ladies do that from morning to night? Then we do not talk about the beds that suck more than them, a friend of mine just that came found a hole in the net, but it is normal?. But to those who are leaving nice reviews but what SFACCIM have you found?

Nice and helpful people, excellent kitchen. Service you expect in 3* hotel in Italy. Great location between city and lake. Its family hotel with history connected to the very beginning of traveling to Bolsena. You can be a part of a 'story'.

Very nice hotel Situated close to the historic centre of Bolsena, it is ideal as a starting point for all the touristic places of Tuscia (Viterbo, Orvieto, Civita di Caprarola…). The rooms are very good and the breakfast is very nice.

Rooms in order. Staff available. Great breakfast. Nice location with convenient parking.

It is a nice restaurant although far from the lake. Service was excellent and the food was good but nothing to write home about. I will most likely not return.

Staff helpful and friendly, rooms clean and nicely decorated, breakfast not really rich but good. Eventually great property in a beautiful place as close to Lake bolsena that say 10 more.
