Despite being almost closing time they welcomed us with sympathy and care. We tasted two wonderful firsts: delicious tortelli and delicious sourdough. A plate of charcuterie and cheese sat in the box. Ms. Lella entertained us with episodes related to the history of the restaurant and the attached hotel, showed us a very delicate fresco of Our Lady of Milk and told us the story. Thank you for the exquisite welcome!

The staff were friendly and friendly, clean and normally accessorised. Hard mattress (for my habits, who knows). Breakfast from 6:30, plentiful and very varied in choice. Great location since in the center and convenient to get to everything.

A dirty old Hotel with an indecent breakfast! IT has stainless steel doors covered in linoleum a thing never seen!

Located in the heart of Foligno, cosy 3-star hotel with very large rooms, basic but clean. The staff were friendly and friendly breakfast.

Very good hotel, kindness, availability, acceptance. I only wished for a better room views, photos of the other that are on the site in line with the price that I pay and that is above the average of the other bad and breakfast.

We had lunch there everything was really great is the lady kind, the service however a little slow but it was all prepared at the time.

Hotel located in the center of Foligno, the structure is retro-flavored but, being placed in the historical center, you can stay there. The rooms, although they are clean and tidy, give the feeling of neglect, feeling that reflects the whole structure. Parking is non existent even if the friendly staff always try to find a practical solution.
3 Star Breakfast not international.

Clean and comfortable Hotel. Excellent reception! Good location that allows you to get to the center and Recruitment school, on foot, in a few minutes. Friendly staff. Competence and kindness also at the restaurant, with particular attention to gluten-free.

Friendly and comfortable, excellent location, central but still 10 min from the recruitment center and station.

Clean and basic rooms, free Wi-Fi fast and efficient, staff very friendly and available. Also the restaurant in front of the hotel is great both as prices, and for quality of food. Recommended Hotel If you want a location close to the center of Foligno or if you have to go to the barracks, which is only 5 minutes walk.

What a delightful small hotel in a charming town. Stayed here with a small Road Scholar group and was very pleased with the meals: breakfast buffet with a variety of breads & croissants, cold cereal, yogurt, cold cuts, coffee & juice. Dinners were plated for our group and were very good multi-course meals in our private dining room. The rooms: comfortable beds, good storage space and lighting, nice bath with shower and bidet. Some rooms have bath tubs. Location is terrific — easy walk to cafes and shopping and a very family-oriented town. The best part? The staff — warm, welcoming, helpful. We'll return.

Excellent hospitality in a warm and family atmosphere in the heart of Foligno. The family-run hotel looks like a wedding favor. Pleasantly furnished rooms combining classic and modern. The restaurant followed with taste and passion by the wife of the proprietor. The customer is pampered independently of entering for a first or for a whole meal… a story behind every dish to be discovered slowly…

Comfortable hotel, good breakfast, clean and quiet, very comfortable large bed, and for once I found the free water in the minibar.

Comfortable atmosphere and excellent cuisine.

I visited Foligno and part of Umbria in mid October 2009. I stayed in a room (suite) Italy hotel in Foligno.
The hotel is highly recommended for the kindness and loving dedication that owners and pendants manifest every day towards tourists. The restaurant is something exceptional; breakfast dishes, speciality of the House-baked bread at the time, cold cuts, bruschetta and Umbrian oil and may the Lord have mercy on them every day.
The hotel is centrally located 2 steps from the Town Hall.
The rooms are spacious and spotless. Doesn't look like a 3 star hotel, but a 4-star family hotel.
It's worth trying.
