We stayed at this wonderful vintage hotel on Sunday and Monday. The location is lovely, the dinner is excellent and Gianni superlativo. Congratulations to everyone.

Saturday 19.05.18 We have dinner at this very romantic restaurant with Groupon.
Gianni, the friendly and enterpriing waiter, receives and serves the customers all alone and carries out it in an egregious way: it makes you feel really welcome despite having to run from the kitchen to the tables and vice versa.
We were very satisfied and treated us in an excellent way, as if we were the most appreciated customers, even if it had to satisfy also all the other tables full…
Thank you Gianni and we hope to have you again soon. Table!
And congratulations also to the owners for the succulent food and that wonderful atmosphere of yesterdays!

We were having dinner and we had a very good time, genuine cuisine and Gianni's service very friendly. Externally the structure is very cured and has the private parking, maybe the room of the restaurant would be lightened by some too much but it is always suggestive to discover historical houses.

Amazing restaurant in the Umbrian Hills, food of excellent quality, impeccable service with professionalism and courtesy of Mr. Gianni. To try absolutely. 5 stars.

We stayed at this Hotel last week a great place, very courteous staff, great cleanliness and we had a great time we had the opportunity to get to know the owner a very friendly friendly person and I would say very prepared to welcome the Tourist, we will return soon and thank you again.

Sino state here on 26-27 — 28 April in half board. A fabulous dive place bring relax and eat divinely the portions are just tending on the plentiful. I recommend the Grechetto of their cellar. The rooms are large and especially clean and welcoming.
The people who run it are prepared but above all always with the smile and manage to make the environment warm and comfortable.
For NN to dwell too much I recommend to do this immersion in their home and have for a few days another family. I assure you that you will go away satisfied.

Restaurant (But the property is also a hotel) discovered thanks to a coupon. Very characteristic environment, rural type, nice and pleasant. The staff is really helpful and kind. The menu presents mainly typical local dishes, then with game and truffle; On Thursdays they cook fish and… they do it very well! Recommended.

I just stayed at this property with my partner and I have to say we were very pleased. Very nice and clean room, the local food was great, staff nice and very helpful at every request. It is an experience that advises everyone.

Been with my family today had a great time. Nice staff and very good and plentiful dishes. We were all very pleased. I think right v that I'll remake this experience.

We were on Valentine's Day for the first time and were pleasantly charmed by the ambience, intimate and warm, nicely decorated. Not to mention the courses, simple but good and with genuine products. Surely we will return to eat the fish.

The food is good, the portions plentiful. The staff is nice. Waiting Times a little long, average prices, but cheap meat.

I stayed overnight on a weekend. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The prices of the restaurant dishes seemed to me to be quite high. I was not very happy.

We stayed 3 nights at this property, since we booked with a Groupon we were stuffed into a room on the second floor. Room clean, the Wi-Fi in the room not working or better only worked in the bathroom. Towels that we left on the ground as we thought were changed, found to return the same and still damp. Very steep and narrow stairs. The context: Not bad, although for my taste a bit too heavy. Breakfast with cappuccino prepared with filter coffee and boiling foam. For the bread we were told that they had not delivered. The next morning they brought us some bread the day before. Low quality products. Dinner at the level of the business canteen. For a 3 star hotel you expect more. True that with Groupon you pay 50% less but in theory should be equal to the total cost because the discount is advertised at the advertising level. The dog that runs undisturbed for the kitchen. Conclusion undoubtedly not a good advertisement as we will not go back for sure.

I did not put 5 stars only because having stayed here with including a dinner (half board), I had not been advised that with this formula I had no right to the full menu at dinner, nothing to say for the proposed courses, however good, but given the opportunity to Choose maybe charging extra at Ch wants to eat something different. However friendly and helpful restaurant staff, they deserve the full vote.

We stayed at this property for three days, lovely place and very tasty dinners. It was a very nice hotel. Simpato staff, professional and helpful.

I just spent 3 nights and 3 G's in this B&B. Nothing to say about the staff, about the kitchen, and about the rest! I can not say otherwise on the owner as I have been given through Groupon these 3 nights, and since it was including dinner, I arrived with my wife towards midnight and the proprietor did not even bother to say if we wanted a sandwich.
However it had been agreed cn who had given me these g's that I would have recovered the lunch of the g of departure.
So that morning I forgot to leave the room for 10:00, 00 and I returned by 14, 00. The owner immediately took advantage of not making me lunch because I forgot to leave the room at 10, 00. In fact I asked him if I had any difference, and he said: "So much nn have lunch so it's okay"
I think he could do an exception to leave a nice business card! But so nn was.
I'm sorry the px time I look elsewhere.
Take care to book through Groupon. (Of course if you happen my same experience: that you arrive late, etc… etc. )

Very nice hotel, nice and very clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Great place to unwind and relax while enjoying delicious homemade desserts offered in the breakfast!

A cross between the pleasant familiarity of bed and breakfast and services of small hotel. Each room is different in shape, color and size, but all equally romantic.
The restaurant is worth especially for meat dishes.
From the quiet village of Collevalenza you can walk to the shrine of merciful love.

I like to visit our beloved Italy and enjoy stays in holiday farm torre san giovanni, but it is truly a place to visit again.

Russians, be sure to come and see me. They are fed truffles, rooms of antique, fairy-tale Park with fireflies (June), around the vineyards.

A wonderful place. Have stayed there twice now for business and feel very at home there. A wonderful welcome and great food. I arrived after 9pm last time and they still made me feel very welcome in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend to friends and I will certainly return. Great find.
