It was an amazing B&B. The hosts were so caring and the rooms were very good. Fantastic breakfast.

We stayed here for a quick trip to Assisi and it was a delightful place to stay. The rooms all newly remodeled — were impeccable clean.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed there for one night only and wanted to extend but couldn’t find rooms. Perfect location in the wonderful village of Assisi. Walking distance from everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying somewhere with incredibly helpful staff who went above and beyond! The staff were always friendly and happy to help, which made my stay so much more enjoyable.

A beautiful small B&B with lovely owners that not only give you a very warm welcome but also give information about the city, how to get there and an amazing recommendation for a restaurant.

The owner Paolo was extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful and spent time with us, after checking in, giving us very good advice on different aspects of our stay in Assisi.

Very helpful contacted me when o arrived and made sure to tell me the easiest way to get to the room. He also gave us great food recommendations and discounts.

Exquisite hospitality, total availability of the owner… in a perfect position at the crossroads of the most characteristic places in Umbria. The rooms are spacious, very well cleaned.

We came to Assisi for an alternative New Year's Eve, we toured Assisi itself, Spello, Città della Pieve, and the dinner in charming Perugia.

What's not to like.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff in particular was very friendly. All facilities such as the swimming pool and the sauna are highly recommended.

Randomly drove up the mountain to this resort to have dinner. The view was really nice and it was a very quiet and relaxed environment. The food was also enjoyable.

Stefano was an amazing host! He was extremely attentive to detail and was so helpful with the information about the town and recommend all the best places.

We stayed here in September 2022, in the Aqua apartment. Beautifully decorated and what hospitality. First groceries for dinner and breakfast were ready, delicious.

Stunning and welcoming house full of comforts in a context of peace and silence from which you can admire Assisi. The owners are kind and helpful. We highly recommend staying at Villa Scarponi.

Staying here felt like we were with our favorite aunt. Host Mariella (sp) is so sweet, caring, and cute. To communicate, she speaks Italien into her phone which translates and speaks in English.

Very convenient stay next to Assisi. Bathrooms are a bit old but clean and big. Late check-out is nice. Staff is very friendly and communicative. Restaurant nearby is open late and can be loud.

This is my second visit here in a campervan. I have also looked at the wooden bungalows and they seem attractive. Pitches are tidy, with water and electricity nearby.

I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful, clean, and smells great. It’s only a 8-minute walk from Assisi train station.

The host was very kind and welcoming from the beginning of our stay and was always willing to help. The welcome in the room was a pleasant experience.

Antica Fonte was the perfect place to stay to explore Assisi. It is walking distance to one part of the city and a very close 5 minute drive.

We stayed at the Granaio della Signora Elisabetta for four days. There were three of us, my wife and I in the room and our friend on the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen.

I was looking for a place where is walkable from FlixBus drop-off point and close to the town centre, and this was a great find. It was a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed.

This B&B's location is outstanding, just a short, convenient walk to the Porziuncola/Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli.

Stunning views. Lovely room with a balcony. Good continental breakfast. Staff were very helpful & pleasant. We'll definitely visit again.
