I got to stay at the Pinamar Hotel a few days ago, I have to say the experience was really great! The hotel was recently renovated, the cleanliness in my room immediately appeared flawless and the whole structure I have to say is really cozy. Beautiful garden and open space with tables to relax with a drink and a book. The owners and staff were really nice and friendly and very helpful to my every request. In short a hotel that I would really recommend to anyone considering also the great value for money!

Hotel with great care of the reception area: with many potential. However, it needs interventions to make the comfort and the soundproofing of the rooms homogeneous.
The staff is always present and prepared if you have time and patience to remedy the inefficiencies or needs of the guest.

Nice place. Welcoming. Very kind people. By now, three years we have been attending the hotel we will continue until we come to Marina di Pietrasanta.

I was last week and I had a great time! Great welcome and fantastic location with convenient free parking. I had already been a long time ago but I found the hotel much improved and completely renovated. I will definitely be back!

Very friendly staff
Parts of the Hotel have been recently renovated, the lobby, the patio, very pleasant where to enjoy the excellent breakfast.
The double where we spent a couple of nights was small with a slightly démodé bathroom, but overall I would definitely stay there again.

Modern environment, near the sea of Splash. Polite and helpful staff.

Rooms very old and small.

The rooms are clean and large. There is a very abundant breakfast, even if coffee is not so good.

Rooms on their homepage do not reflect the reality. Not very clean and the also unfriendly. We did not spend the night at the end.

The rooms look like bunkers and the food is not good and while you eat you can find hair.

cold reception; tiny with a view of the courtyard and the trash room and bathroom; shower broken flooding all the bathroom; Wi — Fi does not work; TV with only 1 channel!
and finally the meal! breakfast buffet without fruit, without checkout with 1 single machine coffee in self service for the entire hotel! and especially bread and frozen croissants! Warm dinner served to throw stones in 30 minutes top Chrono!

The toys are broken and dangerous. Bicycles for guests were all broken. For 1 week on fruit choice was between a slice of watermelon or strawberries (gone bad). In the kitchen, unable to cook different dishes for children and the hotel was full only one waitress. If it rains there is no room inside to stay.
