To be a 3 star is poor, the TV antediluvian not even work, lacks the bidet, c is the fridge bar but nn the socket, the plugs are with wires almost uncovered… What about the noises that you hear both outside and on the ground floor of the hotel…

Never again! Never again IN this kind of hotel!
I recommend everyone to not set foot in this "dive"! It would be close immediately in fact I'm undecided whether to make a report to the authorities responsible for what happened: entered the room (2 adults with two children) an incredible smell of paint invades our nostrils. We ask for explanations and the owner, very annoyed (what courage) tells us that they had recently painted all the furniture! We ask to change rooms but even there the stench was unbearable! To our further reshows, since it was not possible to sleep in those conditions, the Lady answers us: If you are not well change your hotel! "No one's ever complained here! " While we were having breakfast, the next morning, all the customers were complaining about the stink!
Forced to stay (since we certainly would not have found other rooms, there er the carnival) we resigned to bear that horrid stench.
Also the heating was turned off, malfunctioned the heat pumps (lacked the remote control in the room), to talk to someone I had to call with my phone from the outside since the 9 did not answer anyone, and the next day with all eyes irritated From the paint, we literally escaped from that lousy place! I am thinking of going to the emergency room to make me patient for irritated eyes and do not exclude to file a complaint and claim damages!

One of the best hotels in Versilia, convenient for all major attractions from Forte dei Marmi in Viareggio, in summer as in winter.
The beauty of a family run hotel. Consigliatissime the rooms on the second floor.

Quite outdated Hotel but this is nothing compared to the cold-hearted, freezing rooms (December), with very small bathroom; The dinner left a lot to be desired, the breakfast just enough. Better.

Small hotel very welcoming and cared for details. It dominates the blue like the one of the sea which is two steps. The owner is very kind and you can breathe the air of the family. It will always be my base for stays in Versilia!

Small Hotel but Clean. Friendly Staff, the room was a bit small. We had 3 bedroom. Breakfast is good. Short walk to the Beach.
