Great, welcoming and romantic. Thank you for the sincere availability of all the staff. Good food and good choice of wines. It was also important for me to be able to sleep well and I was satisfied in that too. Greetings to Nicola and her brother.

Beautiful place, relaxing, a bit magical. Near the sea. Hotel run great. Friendliness is the master! Food yummy and cared for in every detail. Suitable for everyone.

Charming staff, beautiful setting, great services. I recommend this place if you're looking for a few days of 'peace of mind'. A few cities nearby if you crave for some cultural activity, the (private) beach is only a few minutes by foot. The hotel has a lot of character and has all the basic needs (shower, intelligent cooling system in each room, toilet, bed, storage).

Located in Lido to camaiore just a few meters from the beach and the promenade that connects the center of Lido to strong marbles and to Viareggio. Historic villa that still retains the original characters but adapts to albelghiera structure. Cozy and pleasant with an important garden also used to welcome guests inside tensostructures to serve breakfast and dinner. Exquisite the direct service staff and assisted by the owners. The environment is young and cool even if it is home to customers of all ages. I also recommend it to families. By the way, I forgot the sweet with the ice cream scoop.

It's a perfect place! A villa cared for in detail and clean, with a good background music. If I go back to those parts, it's up to you to stay. A Staff really up to par, professional, polite, smiling, available, a delightful welcome, remarkable things to highlight. Not to mention the goodness of the food, dishes cooked to perfection. In the morning The Awakening is a pleasure for the eyes in front of a rich breakfast where it abounds of everything. Thank you, good to all of you.

Historical Villa A few steps from the sea, nice garden with the possibility to dine outdoors, staff available and attentive to the needs. The only flaw in the bathrooms, of small size.

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Pini, (July 2017) the family staff made every effort to take good care of us, in fact the whole place had a warm cozy feel with the perfect little courtyard for morning breakfast or evening cocktails… my son loved the blackboards outside where he could draw while I enjoyed a cold beer. Just a block and a half from the beach and the best restaurants in Lido. It was perfecto.

It is really a nice and comfortable hotel with a beautiful garden. The breakfast buffet is very rich. The staff is very kind.

My wife and I were there in July 2016 for three days and they were terrific. The accommodations, food, service and wine were outstanding. Nicola treated us like we were family. This was our third time there and it will not be the last. Highly recommend for a nice get away and destress vacation.

Hotel I Pini is my home away from home. I have been a guest for 14 years. It is so charming! The staff are wonderful. Nicola, Cesare, and Paola make you feel welcome. The breakfast is hearty and the dinners delicious.

Very good hotel, very good staff.

My partner and I were looking for a place to spend a day next to the sea. While discussing if to go cheap or luxury we saw this and decided to book. It is set a villa built by an artist at the beginning of XXth century retaining many original features but the rooms are fitted with modern facilities. The place is beautiful and full of charm. Every corner is a surprise. The shady garden is marvellous and nice for relaxing. It is close to the seaside, 5 miss walking, but far enough to be quite. Everybody working there was nice, friendly and helpful. A great place.

Very nice little hotel!

Beautiful hotel close to the beach but nestled in the quiet pine forest. Own Nicola and Claudio we were greeted like family, we were spoiled by the excellent cuisine of gladness and pampered by breakfasts of Catherine. Everyone has been exquisitely nice and polite. Unfortunately our stay lasted just four days, but we promised to return again. Even our small heirloom tomatoes, thanks to the loving treatment! Silvia and Luigi.
