Spent a really serene weekend. Su enters a well-tended and fragrant garden, arches full of jasmine. Homely and pleasant environment. Welcome, sympathy even in the dining room, where, stands out the naturalness and sympathy of the waiters. The girl with the blue locks… gives a particular color to the room great breakfast and abundant. Clean rooms. What about it? Come back!

It is a small and simple Hotel, but the operator and the employees get from me 5☆☆☆☆☆! Here is simply made it all possible!

Hotel located in Forte dei Marmi, tidy and clean rooms.
Outside they have a garden surrounding all the hotel.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the room staff is very friendly, polite and always helpful towards customer requests.
Breakfast offers a wide choice of food and always offer the choice between fish and meat as far as lunch or dinner is concerned.

I was there for a week and thought the stay was great. You realised that the staff are making a total effort and there was nothing to suspend. In addition, the location is great, just a few hundred meters from the beach:) only recommended:)

Too bad that so many bad reviews exist for this hotel. The staff is also very friendly and puts a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable.
The food tastes good and the rooms are clean, even if the furniture is not the most modern.
I think a lot of people who have submitted these reviews have gone to a 2 star hotel in Italy with too high expectations.
All in all, we had a pleasant stay and have felt and comfortable.

Hotel was great and food was delicious. Bad reviews have also been given as they want to annoy the owners.

Rooms were totally unsanitary and next to the bed was mould infestation.

Hotel in a villa inside a park held so well that it looks like the home garden. Staff. Bravo and attentive cook. Clean rooms and family atmosphere. Great rates. I've come back so many times and always come back here.

I was here with my partner last night. What about… Very friendly Hotel, close to the sea and the centre, large and clean rooms… The top is breakfast. Super Abundant and delicious! Cosy, comfortable establishment, surrounded by greenery, the fabulous food, the staff nothing short of excellent. A place to recommend and certainly return.

I was staying at this hotel and giving an honest review. I didn't find it good here because the room was bad renewed for a 2 star hotel and the food is bad. Also the staff is weird and KFC is even cleaner.

The hotel has not even earned half a star, as the rooms are partly unhygienic.
In addition, the showers in some rooms are broken.
The food is also awful, as not even a buffet is set up and you are required to get how much you eat. Moreover, compared to the food in the hotel, it is a dream to eat at Mc Donalds.
The location is also very unfavorable because the next 2 supermarkets are on foot, 20 mins away.

Too much style years 60 you save only breakfast.

Good structure. The staff were very helpful Well located. Quiet place a few steps from the center and the sea. Breakfast rich and varied also to be able to enjoy in the open air in the garden next to well cared. And then you can via railroad visit the Cinque Terre… A nice holiday between Versilia and Liguria…

It was all very good. Hotels close to the sea, the waiters very friendly especially Alexander.

We had a good time 7 days at large. Belloooo garden rooms ok food good. Helium.

Hotel run by a wonderful family, active, personable which makes guests feel at home, thanks to Dad, his daughter Emilia and future son-in-law Alexander; food excellent and plentiful, thanks to the daughter Elisa (too bad not being foodies).
Clean with a beautiful garden, personally taken care of by her mother.
