The view is nice, the food nice is too bad that the staff and reception are not so warm, as you would expect from a farmhouse, I couldn't try the pool but it seems to me treated discreetly.
The apartments are clean, curtains apart, but overall welcoming, it annoyed me — absence of the darks in the master bedroom.

good food, delicious desserts, courtesy and also availability to children
When time allows it the outdoor space is delicious.

Pretty clean, nicely furnished, spacious and with stunning views.
Nice pool on the valley, well cleaned, should be checked (we happened to have a morning a group with children that made the pool impractical, and all morning no one of the hotel passed)

Optimal position, about an hour from the most popular villages.

Beautiful structure with magnificent view immersed in greenery, the rooms are spacious and well-furnished cleaning in the norm, good restaurant with cellar Egregia.
Basic breakfast, only flaw of the structure and having to go out in the street x going to the pool, good value for money.

Great Location both for the place itself and to move around, clean tidy and comfortable, good breakfast and courteous and helpful staff.

Absolutely love this place, incredible surroundings, views are breathtaking, staff is above nice. I would recommend it to absolutely anyone. The only reason I'm taking one star off (and I kind of feel bad about it) is because Wi-Fi is not good. Other than that it might just be one of the best places I've ever visited.

This place is awesome! Swim in the pool overlooking the Unreal green field, settle in a cozy two-room apartment, live in a small town in peace and tranquility-it's all here! The scenery near the hotel is just stunning.
There are questions to the restaurant-but here the taste and color… Very helpful if looking for a hotel in the area!

We spent here a week was great and if you are looking for the perfect picture of a typical Tuscany landscape you just have to look outside of the windows! We adore it.

What a wonderful surprise… B ratifying location with Tuscany views. We rented a terrace and it felt like we were almost locals. Dinner was sensational. So sad we could only stay one night… we are thinking about a future holiday there now.

When you take it for what it is, a contry house is a very charming place. They have a good restaurant and friendly staff but the best part is the amazing tranquil surroundings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and equipped for it to be able to cook a meal in your apartment.

An idyllic place with all the details cared for … apartments with lots of charm and unbeatable views. It has a restaurant with a spectacular cuisine and very good value for money since you can take a menu of €25 (drinks apart) in which you include the 3 dishes of the menu you want. The enclave is perfect if you are looking for relaxation although by car you arrive in a short time to villages with more services.

A welcoming and comfortable environment, ample spaces on several terraces cared for in detail and with a vast panorama very pleasant overlooking hills and woods. Great location for weddings. The kitchen met the expectations of the situation. Dishes slightly revisited that in the complex do not add anything exceptional compared to traditional typical Tuscan cuisine. Very nice restaurant. Nice food but not more than that. Prices are a bit higher than what I was expecting, simply because the level of the food was not very high.

Truly stunning location and structure. The room I stayed in was beautifully designed and had small kitchen and air-conditioning. The infinity pool looking over the hills is to die for. Breakfast was a weak point: Charged for and not worth it. It seemed the room was not perfectly clean, bathroom aspirator did not work so it was humid after shower, there is no daily room service and I run out of shower gel. Not a big deal, but such an amazing structure could be taken care and managed with higher standards.

Ca. 25km south of Siena so you need to drive there. Wonderful view around the hotel. We stayed in three floor apartment which was clean and furnished with italian antiques. We did not have chance to have dinner at the restaurant, but their red wine we bought was really great for the price 10euro.

Fantastico! rooms/studio, very roomy, good layout, typical Tuscany view, good air-conditioning system. Restaurant perfect, staff very well trained and helpful.
