Fantastic, beautiful, welcoming hotel, to make a few days immersed in the relaxation of Tuscany is ideal. A bit to be modernized, but overall functional. Great restaurant with really exquisite dishes and very good wine list. Small but great spa and great massages. I highly recommend it!

We have stayed twice already and both were really delicious. Hotel a bit dated but very comfortable, polite, friendly and helpful staff. SPA not very big but that does its job. Massages that put you back into the world and competent staff. We spent the New Year and the dinner was plentiful and good from all points of view. Final with fireworks that lasted really long! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

La struttura esternamente non è tra le più moderne, ma la zona ristoro e il salottino con zona bar per l'intrattenimento serale sono ben arredate e decisamente più moderne. Le camere sono ampie e con comandi elettronici per luci, tende e climatizzatore. Unica pecca è il televisore nella stanza, non tra I modelli più recenti. Il personale è cordiale e molto professionale sia nella reception che nella zona ristoro. Il servizio pulizie è buono ma con alcune dimenticanze, anche importanti come il mancato cambio del tappetino del bagno che, ancora sporco, è stato riposto per il giorno seguente. Nonostante questa pecca, le camere vengono pulite abbastanza bene. Esternamente alla struttura è anche presente una piscina con bar adiacente per le giornate più calde. La SPA, situata due piani sotto la struttura, è un luogo in cui rilassarsi con piscina con, sfortunatamente, pochi getti idromassaggio, piccola piscina idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco e zona relax (o tisaneria) in cui potersi rilassare sorseggiando una tisana o un succo. Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, sono abbastanza d'elite nella forma, ma sconsiglio il menù completo per un pasto più ragionevole con antipasto e primo. In sostanza un buon soggiorno e una esperienza da rifare.

I returned today from a stay of almost a week at Admiral Palace, hotel where I went for the first time and from there systematically
12 years ago or so.
Like last year, I went with my husband and my two dogs for whom I had booked a room with terrace.
Arrived, we were greeted with the courtesy of always but
with a room with no terrace.
Given the situation at the reception, we find that there had been a mistake; so we take all our many bags and we land in a room where there was no terrace but
a long, narrow balcony and, above all,
sunny for most of the day. The same was also in common with the next room which,
they assured us, they wouldn't put anyone into occupying it
We immediately understand that our dogs could not stay in the sun and then out
But
out of tiredness and dignity, we decide not to ask if there was the famous room with terrace always in the shade above (in the booking I had specified 'as last year' if possible and no answer to the contrary I had been given).

Over the years the hotel has gotten worse, taking on more and more air… let's call it
'bizarre', in contrasting colours.

We stayed two days in Chianciano Terme in this wonderful hotel. The double room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. The buffet is plentiful and satisfies Italian and foreign tastes: there are brioches, cereals, yogurt, pancakes and much more; there are also cooks who currently prepare eggs and bartenders for hot drinks. We purchased the living room through Booking. Com and our room had included free access to the spa. The spa is really nice and large, with large pool, hot tub, emotional tubs, sauna, steam room and relaxation room, offering herbal teas, water and fresh fruit. Outside the Hotel there is also a swimming pool and bar with very honest prices where you can open an account with the room number. Both evenings where we stayed, there were musical groups for entertainment. I really recommend it to those who want to take a weekend in the name of relaxation and/or decide to stay in Chianciano and visit the beautiful Tuscan villages nearby.

Great stay, very friendly staff, clean and close to beautiful places like Montepulciano, Pienza e Trasimeno Lake.

Nice structure. Modern and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and well organized. The staff are always available. Nice spa but from the photos looks a little bigger, if you go in some time slots you find many people and it is difficult to do everything, otherwise however sauna steam room and relaxation area were satisfactory. I recommend go to the spa in the middle of the week for unlimited access and less attendance.
Breakfast is plentiful, there is everything from Italian to international and the staff at the bar are ready to prepare coffee and cappuccinos at the moment.
Place to keep in mind to get back to staying.

We were well received professionally and very helpful in meeting our needs. Large outdoor parking on three levels and very comfortable and large basement garage. Eternally you enjoy a beautiful view and a great pool area with green area to relax and sunbathe. The room was very nice and what great the bed was immense a double from three squares. The bathroom in the room was equipped with a hot tub of the series we didn't want to leave the room anymore. It also features a Spa. Breakfast was served on a large lounge beautiful and bright but above all great things to eat, from breakfast in English to classic Italian breakfast to those who wanted only fruit. I have to say, I had a really good time.

Very good priced but room was a bit warm as aircon did not work.

It's not the first time I've been to this hotel… and I always come back to it willingly… kind staff and ready to meet any kind of request, great food… Spectacular breakfasts… Clean and nice rooms. Absolute relaxation both poolside and in the beautiful spa. Beautiful! As soon as I can ever come back! I stayed for two days at this hotel. Great location and very nice structure internally. Very nice and clean room Very quiet. The Baths on the floor — 2 are very beautiful and manicured. The attendants were all very kind. I didn't eat in the restaurant at lunch or dinner but the breakfast is really great.

The hotel is very nice, perhaps you should renew a bit the rooms but is very clean. Breakfasts are excellent, well-stocked with a wide choice of Italian or continental breakfast. Often in the evening they serve cocktails with happy hour and piano bar until half night. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Only flaw is the Wi-Fi in the room takes very little to them.

I spent a night at this hotel on business. The environment is very nice, organized, there is a beautiful room where you can dine and take a drink the comfy sofas. The breakfast is full of quality the rooms are spacious with jacuzzi and very clean. Only problem, the mattresses are a little soft but the thing is subjective so I recommend the structure.

ALDISOPRA expectations…
The reviews had made me think bad and instead I had the nice surprise of a hotel with very good and courteous reception. Entrance of the structure among the most beautiful of Chianciano… it is true the structure is a little dated but very well kept, clean rooms well furnished, the SPA provides all the space necessary ensuring. With access bands not to find the bedlam.
One more vote at the restaurant with a beautiful buffet pee the appetizer I recommend. It is true the portions are very small enough to not be criticized by customers… For example, the sweet "Tozzetti and Vinsanto" includes two Tozzetti shrivelled and a finger and a half of Vinsanto… The parfait a small square cm5 × 5… sin because the quality is sublime.
A must try!

Considering it is a 4 star, I was expecting some more quality on the room, I found a bathroom with a window half darkened and half free, and visible from the outside without the possibility to cover it. (I had to put some towels. )
The shower cabin is completely mobile and impossible to close.
On the headboard of the bed and on some chairs, there is a black velveteen that dirty both pillow cases and clothes.
I mean, she's not as manicured as she should be.
The Wellness room is well cared for and very well organized.
The girls who do the massages are very good.
The pool is nice, but the rest (saunas and showers) should be improved.
What is difficult to improve instead is the restaurant.
The buffet, makes you choose in good things and very good things, but the first and second are scream.
We tried casareccia with truffles and sausage and a macaroni with vegetables with ricotta, amazing.
Codfish, and cut, to lick the whiskers and to finish a pear cooked with the wine with Chantilly cream and crispy.
If you come to try the admiral, don't miss the dinner. ;-)

Unfortunately the hotel has proved to be far below our expectations, certainly not covered by the canons of a 4 star hotel. Minimal room with broken curtain, very old TV and bathroom with poor quality finishes (fly on non-cleaning between one day and the other) … Also the kitchen comparable to a good 2 star, miserable portions and little choice. Small and too noisy Spa.
Only one point in favor of a friendly and helpful staff.

I would have definitely reviewed it with 5 stars had it not been for a couple of shortcomings committed by the staff… I would have expected a call to iron out the whole thing also because it would have been courtesy sign not then claiming anything more… The hotel though with furnishings Slightly outdated it looks great for dislocation and sealing… lovely place to spend relaxing time in the spa inside the hotel… to be recommended without doubt.

A few appreciations on the wellness area.
I was there Friday the 19th with my partner we go down to the wellness area we are told to take a shower before accessing the pool and as well as I think is right we do.
Too bad that when we are in the water we see several people in the slightest worry about taking a shower… Already this disturbs us quite!
We had booked a couple massage… we get to the beautiful.
My partner is treated by a man and I by a (beautician? )
Given that I am a beautician with several years of experience specializing in body massage, as the massage begins I immediately realize that the man is a true professional definitely a physiotherapist or CMQ MLT specialized in massage and you could see MLT Well from how he operated, my operator, let's forget it!
A relaxing massage must serve to relax, must be done with a certain slowness and harmony of maneuvers, must accompany the body of the client gently, here is the opposite. Movements without a logic, hand without any pressure, absurd speed seemed to take a train running!.
I did not manage for a second to relax… all I did was look at the other operator and move continuously, eyes always open. I got so nervous.

What ruined our stay was the dinner: good only the wine the rest bad, terrible. Ridiculous portions, first salted, cold dishes (of refrigerator! ) including some of doubt smell and taste to the limit of edibility (in fact we have not eaten). I'm sorry, but when one comes to Tuscany and a well-known hotel from the kitchen expects much, much more.
I forgot, the breakfast instead very, very good and also plentiful.

Nice and friendly hotel located in the center of the country. The very nice Spa better book The entrance is any treatments because on weekends there are so many people! Recommend to try the couple massage a unique experience where courteous and truly qualified staff will take care of you. Also the dinner was good, the only flaw was a strange damp smell inside the room however bearable after you ventilated a bit.

From that the outside structure did not promise this much, we found a helpful staff able to keep everything in the Wonderbox package had been promised. The rooms are big and very nice. Food really good and able to fill you up, wide choice on the wine list. The spa course definitely complete, but can improve.

Hello everyone … do I go to order when reviewing the hotel that has a big name location is good but in Italy we have a modus operandi a bit vague to evaluate the hotel in particular to 4 star then:
1. The rooms are dated decor should be revised not makes you feel in a hotel 4 star more like in the bath house.
2. The restaurant where we had dinner should offer much more … the buffet I will say poor poor for a hotel that hosts people from all around the world … the service is fast but I don't want to think about the precooked foods … lacks a bit of politeness from staff.
3. The spa clean friendly staff good equipped willing and polite.
4. The pool is convenient equipped the bar is ok the staff a little slow because of the requests.

Nice hotel with wonderful view. In summer you can enjoy a drink at the outdoor bar, which is quite nice. It also has an outdoor pool. The breakfast is American buffet type, with a lot of food types to choose from. Only con is the checkout is at 10 o'clock, which is too early.

After years of experience in n another hotel is very pleasant having discovered this new solution: we are really pleased!

Recommended hotel in a place that has many hotels and business empty stands. Rooms OK, our hot tub. Friendly staff. As a bus group with welcome cocktail. Bar music every night. Unfortunately swimming pool in the basement inside wellness program subject to a charge (€15 a day). Excellent dinner. Sloping breakfast compared to German standards and in comparison to the dinner.

It can be reached by F_T4 bus (direction: Montepulciano Autostazione) in 25 minutes. You can take it at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme train station (the stop near the hotel is piazza Italia). Rooms are spacious, clean and elegant. Wellness centre is clean as well, and ideal for relaxing, time really flies there! The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this.

Clean and spacious room. The quality of food from 4 star hotel (dinner) the rich and varied breakfast. The Spa in its own small way has everything and there is no shortage of the peasants and the rude but the cause is not the hotel but at the expense of it. The rest is ok.

Great hotel, very friendly staff and excellent service is the restaurant in the bar or the spa, which is great with its heated pool, Jacuzzi, emotional showers, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area with herbal teas and many other services. Very good.

Price quality is good, the staff was polite and discreet, good food even if it gets better, the room clean enough … the spa staff prepared, good massage … from 0 to 10 rating 7 …

The rooms are not the utmost sophistication, but are clean and there is everything. I tried the spa and although I didn't partake fully, it seemed full of everything. Staff always available.

Booked a night, with SPA. Upon arrival at the Hotel, Park proved a first hurdle. Not that there is a lack of parking lots, but on developing unusual, rural terrain on an incline. Not many elegant for a 4 star hotel. The garden in front of the complex is large but it lacks care. The reception is elegant, as well as the bar and dining room. To our access was handed a key card system, and indicated floor and hallway, unaccompanied. The room is elegant, with some small flaw, like curtains detached, double bed composed of 2 single beds. They bring the bathrobes in the room and go to the SPA. A great environment, crowded and noisy, with a big pool with murky water and not very warm. The tub is aside, small (max 6 people) and the jets are partially plugged or damaged. Nice big sauna thermometer and hygrometer, but do not work. Turkish dark and dismal, without a hand shower to cool off, and with an unpleasant smell. Emotional shower in part, and in the dark (ceiling lights not working, which is repeated in most of the spa). Relaxation area dark, slippery and crowded, with hostess who makes a lot of noise. We leave the SPA from exhaustion. In the room I try the hydromassage shower, but the water is boiling, to burn (literally). Termino quickly showering with cold water, when I open the shower door falls down one of the doors. Dryer not working. The toilet has the Tablet is incorrect for the type of Cup (cheap? ) : result seems to use a potty for children.

Beautiful experience! Decent rooms and wide better than many other hotels I visited; good variety in breakfast but dinner a little less (although good of course! ) ; beautiful spa and with our 4 days (3 nights) we were able to enjoy it! I personally recommend! :-)

Beautiful spa and very helpful staff.

We stayed one night (thankfully) at the hotel. Comfortable and clean for the rest was a totally negative experience. First the absurd rule of prohibiting access to the SPA for children under 14 years, having a child of 11 years we couldn't enjoy the SPA, we were told that we could enter the next morning, but too bad that the SPA opens at 9:00 and at 10:00 we must leave the room! We're leaving in costume? Other negative experience the restaurant: we prepare to dine but we are told to wait because you're putting a group of Swedes … (half the restaurant was free anyway! ). Result: we dine out. We pass on tax and on the type of the room: we realized only at home they charged € 4 instead of 2 € and we were assigned to the classic room instead of a superior as agreed with the reservation … total disappointment.

First, Kudos to the Staff … always very friendly and helpful … especially Julia and Raphael always active and very attentive to customer needs. My wife and I stayed from 6 to 9 July. I say okay, sala Cristina the waitress has proven herself very professionally … Good food, good breakfast, perfect Spa. The only sour note was the Wi-Fi. Can't connect, advice for future Tourists to have USB pennente with phone card. We did this just got to the room the problem at Reception, we were told that they would have DONE SO IMMEDIATELY … Unfortunately to no avail. When we booked we were told that the Wi-Fi had no problem but unfortunately it wasn't true. I hope the management Solves this problem so we can add the 5° star. My mate is Intolerant to Lectose, Gluten and eggs. Once we have informed the matr di, he took care of us all throughout our stay. All staff members were eager to please and otherwise the hotel is well placed and very well maintained. Eran Negbi Israel.

Quiet and cozy place to stay. Far from the source, if walking, on the other hand, can replace the morning exercises. Despite the large number of people at the Breakfast, the pool and Spa are not loaded. Quite convenient when you have a young child, stroller on the Elevator and there is an exit to the pool.
