For the price paid (which I have never found so low) I expected everything but not to find a work of art. Seen from the outside it's a hotel like so many, but as you enter you're surprised by what you find. In every corner, in every room, even on the landings you remain enchanted by the furnishings and knickknacks that with different ethnic styles, create incredible effects and suggestions. The choice of colors of the furnishings is just fantastic. Even in the rooms, the colors of the kits perfectly fit the furnishings even if of different styles. I've never seen anything like it. If I can find negative notes. In our room (303) the mattress was a bit hard and you have to be careful not to hit the iron edges of the bed. And the goofe couldn't be adjusted in height. The room was clean, even the bathroom and the view was gorgeous. Good breakfast and hearty buffet. Available and nice managers. Good hotel location, not close to the old town, plus the spa. Definitely recommended if passing through.

Here for our 25 years of wedding, we had a great time and served as royalty. Very friendly and helpful to explanations of all kinds, even I have promptly set up the room with a minibar view my preference for cold water (without even needing to ask this courtesy! ). Congratulations really.

We stayed at this property thanks to a smartbox casket received as a gift. Externally the building is very dated, it needs a renovation in the façade and replacement of the now-old window frames. Internally instead it was a pleasant surprise, the room has parquet flooring, is quite spacious, furnished in a simple but essential, the bathroom is also renovated and has a window. The breakfast is rich, with homemade cakes and for subjects. Nice and helpful staff The only drawback: the parking lot is very small and uncomfortable, being reachable by a road uphill in one way.

I was in this facility thanks to a smartbox. Despite the parking and the façade did not promise anything good, once inside PA structure is clean and well taken care of. You notice the signs of a structure that has its years in the elevator and in the Windows. The staff is attentive and polite and the breakfast great. Everything you can expect from a three star for this my vote reflects the attribution.

Location very bizarre and different from the common. It makes a lot of fun compared to so many boring hotels. Minimalist décor but looked after in detail. Hearty breakfasts. Owners in hand and available.

This hotel was a surprise. Simple from outside, instead inside we surprised by the bright and cheerful colors of the rooms and the breakfast area. A beautiful view, well located, rooms in the details also in their simplicity. The owners are always friendly and helpful. We always gladly come back. Breakfast According to our experiences in this structure we feel we can recommend it with all tranquility.

4 out of 5 stars just for the grumpy owner who unjustifiably treated us badly from the first greeting to the last… and say it's Sicilian (where is the proverbial kindness and warmth of the South? Mah)! Maybe the fact that we were customers with Smartbox annoyed him… Anyway Hotel minimal but C "that's all! Cleaning 10/10! Excellent location near the spa and delicious breakfast is sweet (homemade cakes as well as croissants, biscuits, cereals, fruit, yogurt) that salty (hot scrambled eggs, basin, cheese, salami), various options of all varieties of all kinds even for celiacs! They even had bread at different fresh cereals and that of German spelt packaged in mini portions!

Hospitality, friendliness, professionalism and sympathy are at home at the Hotel Villa Gaia! Excellent value for money, central area, spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious handmade cakes enrich the already rich and generous breakfast. Great restaurants on the doorstep. Highly recommended for both business stays and holidays!

Although from the outside the structure reveals all its years, inside is a real surprise. Warm and cozy environment, modern décor, cared for in detail. Courteous service. Pleasant. Definitely to repeat.

Cozy and colorful place near the pools Theia. Very comfortable rooms with spectacular panoramic views… especially at sunrise! The breakfast is great with fresh homemade pastries. Very nice staff. We will definitely go back to stop at the spa.

We stayed in this hotel thanks to the casket 3 Emotion. The structure has been renovated with bright colors and very particular. The room still has the doors once and bed nets are a little too noisy because a little dated … But still in working order and very clean, complete with everything you need as to the small bathroom, the room window looking over the Valley. Despite the location of the hotel near the street, the room was very quiet. Car parking not always secured on the property. Great location for exploring. Clean and well stocked. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very pleasant stay overall, nice experience.

Hospitality and friendliness of the staff, a rich breakfast in a restructured, the baths on foot, /prezzo good, the tasty Tuscan cuisine (accepted suggestions by the staff), val d'Orcia and val di Chiana stunning made this vacation phenomenal: definitely.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night at hotel Villa Gaia, from outside the hotel can look old but inside is very nice, remodeled. The breakfast was quite rich and with very good things … the waitress at breakfast a very helpful Lady. Thank you!

We stayed at Villa Gaia in April 23 to 25, w-and booked a night with casket Emozione3 and then given the more positive reviews we decided to add a night at our stay. Upon our arrival the facility was at that old outside but then stepped into the lobby it felt pretty and nicely decorated. All though it stopped there!
The room was small, there was no heating and we had to keep on the heat pump to get some heat. The bed, very uncomfortable, consisted of 2 single mattresses that rested on creaky and networks under a mattress there was a plank of plywood.
In the bathroom there was no heating and didn't arrive in the heat of the air conditioner, there wasn't even a radiator towel for towels, then in the bathroom the temperature was quite low. In the shower then there was a hose that was sticking out from the wall for the discharge of the air conditioner, not very nice detail.
In addition to this the door handle in the bathroom was in poor condition and there was a hole in the ceiling of the room.
The breakfast was okay, nothing great, but the staff was friendly and approachable.
Surely in a possible upcoming trip to area don't choose this accommodation!

It is my second time to stay at the hotel and confirm that the staff are always very helpful and polite, the rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished, the breakfast is excellent with a wide range of delicious homemade cakes. Incredible is the recommended value.

Breakfast STRAT-rich, the staff was helpful and very courteous, recommending also nice places to spend the evening.
The hotel is nicely decorated and great location (from our room there was a breathtaking view over the Valdichiana).

Okay, very courteous and friendly. We went through a Smartbox that included breakfast. This was super professional and varied with the best latte I've ever had! Aesthetics and decoration of the ground floor and in the corridors is very nice. The only flaw: there was no heating in the bathroom of room … weird!

We were staying at the Hotel Villa Gaia on a Saturday night after an afternoon at the Spa of Chianciano. As soon as I arrived they offered a welcome cocktail. The staff was very helpful and friendly and he advised us to eat. The rooms are simple and clean, the décor is welcoming as are the common areas. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a mixture of sweet and salty. Recommended.

I came here via a smartbox with my girlfriend. What can I say, lovely staff, owner Sergio advised us several times what to do and where to eat in Chianciano and is made available to every request. The breakfast they served during the two days that we stayed in was very good and complete for any request. The cosy and clean rooms with an attention to detail and the detail you want to underline. Highly recommended.
