Simply a lovely place. Immense park and attention to detail, very large and super clean swimming pool. The breakfast/lunch/aperitif area very much in the and overlooking the pool and the wonderful park.
Impeccable cleanliness but above all the staff. It really deserves all my compliments for the care, kindness and warmth with which they envelop people. Here you really feel at home. Every guy or girl on the staff never failed to greet with immense smiles. Really congratulations to all. We will definitely come back because you know how to kidnap the hearts of your guests! See you soon.

The property is a beautiful place surrounded by vegetation, beautiful swimming pool and above all a great team with always a smile. We eat very well. 5 minutes from San Gimignano with shuttle in the morning to avoid the chore to park.

Very nice property, friendly staff, very large swimming pool and garden. A short drive from San Gimignano, however, can be reached by shuttle offered by the hotel. Great restaurant, service to be accelerated.

Had a great stay. Too bad I didn't know there were rooms with a private terrace (my fault). The airco is difficult to control and the pool lacks some atmosphere… Breakfast is ok. Friendly people, good location to visit the region.

We just came here to eat. The very nice staff gave us a tour of bitters and brandies to taste with American guests. Superb wine as well as food. Impeccable, nothing to say! If you happen, take a trip to us as a non-hotel guest!

A beautiful farmhouse nestled in the hills of Siena with a beautiful view. The food is good and cared for. There is a huge park with a really all-optical swimming pool. A short walk from San Gimignano I recommend visiting.

Beautiful hotel! Nice rooms with air conditioner. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for only one night. We ate at the hotel restaurant, very cosy with good food. You actually need to book a table in advance, not just something receptionists says as it is in many cases, only to find yourself eating alone. This restaurant was filled by 20:30. Would love to come back sometime soon.

Very nice, comfortable clean and welcome. Very friendly staff, great pool. Only 2 problems are the prices to eat. They're too tall! That is 10 euros for breakfast per person! 2 Problem we found 3 spiders in the apprehment that vaguely resembled the violin spiders.

This hotel is what I dub "village tourism. " It's a hotel, it has plenty of visitors (maybe 20 or 30 rooms, if that? ), it has a pool and a restaurant, a bar, reading areas, Wi-Fi — everything a great hotel has, except it's not a sky-rise. It's not in a city, or surrounded by other buildings. It's up a hill, surrounded by green grass, flowers, perfectly positioned trees with birds chirping nonstop in a pleasant way. The drive from the hotel to San Gimignano was rather quick, about 15 minutes. After doing that, kicking back in a lounge chair by the pool, or under a tree in the yard (which is more like a beautiful, enclosed field of grass with groomed landscaping) with a nice book is amazing. And did I mention that they bring you food and drinks whenever you ask? The restaurant in the hotel was one of the best we ate at in all of Italy, and we've been to 12 cities/towns/villages so far. It has all of the traditional dishes, but with a very Tuscan feel — they offered all dishes with ingredients found in that region, most of which were farm-to-table from nearby farms. No seafood here, because there's no sea nearby (which means no frozen food)! The wine selection, also amazing. Did I mention that the prices for the restaurant here were so shockingly low we actually questioned the quality of the food? That is, until the food came. Great size portions, great quality and taste, and the wine — oh the wine! If you're looking for a relaxing getaway for a few days, this is the spot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The frame offers a tree view in the middle of nature. Swimming pool, large park, table football, ping-pong, covered terrace, patio for evening meals on sunny days, restaurant inside.

This "Agroturismo" is located 5 minutes drive from San Gimignano (the hotel offers free shuttles to get there and back) and 30 minutes from Volterra.

Wonderful! Impressive! Peace and quiet. Serenity and typical Tuscan panorama. Well kept Hotel, staff always helpful and smiling. Cozy and wonderful food! Breakfast Immersed in nature. We stayed there and went back a second time. Perfect setting for couples or families with children. Equipped swimming pool. Immense park. We're in love! ❤

The views were beautiful, the villa is located in the middle of Tuscany, surrounded by green fields, vineyards. Our room was very little, we did not have space for our 2 middle size luggage, probably my mistake, I should upgrade, it had a nice patio were you can enjoy a glass of wine. However they did not want to give us wine glasses, we had to beg. The food was bad. Breakfast was ok. We dine there the first night and it was disappointing. We went to local restaurants were we had great meals. I would not come back.
