To begin with, there is no phone in the room to communicate with the front desk. Room and bathroom are in unique environment divided only apparently.
The TV is micragnous.
Drinks in the minibar but no glasses or corksers.

Excellent location, serene atmosphere, great attention to detail.
Absolutely advisable.

Picturesque Place immersed in the Chianti countryside. Decent and comfortable Rooms, but the reception is only dallen7 at 19, breakfast and self service.

Magic Place at two steps from the city of Florence. Ideal for those who want peace and tranquility. Very friendly and clean rooms Our room overlooked the main garden through 3 windows! A spectacular light and a natural awakening!

Romantic stay, excellent also the restaurant of the Borgo. Recommended to visit Florence and neighboring.

Beautiful hillside location, surrounded by a majestic olive grove, also close to Empoli station to reach the main art cities. I recommend the restaurant inside the village that offers excellent dishes of Tuscan cuisine.

Arrived here yesterday and we fell in love immediately with this wonderful place.

Immersed in the green with the only sound of the wind. The warmth of the sun and the possibility to bathe in a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the Tuscan hills. What more could you want?

-Tuscan mixed appetizer (various crostini, tomato porridge and typical sliced meats) — tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and caskets of burrata with asparagus (superb! )
-Mixed barbecue with a side of fried porcini mushrooms-basket of shortcrust pastry with cream and strawberries all accompanied by an excellent Brunello di Montalcino and impeccable service!
How will we conclude the holiday?
Still a few hours in the pool then visit to Siena and Empoli tonight you obviously taste the highlight of the restaurant. The mythical Florentine!

Nice structure but unfortunately inadequate with the services. There was no possibility of getting a coffee for the too long closing times of the bar or reception. Small pool and a few sun loungers compared to the occupants so we had to give up going there. High prices disproportionate to what it offers.

Despite it is located in the middle of Tuscany countryside, I cannot recommend it for a quiet stay. We were assigned a room just above the restaurant, which, apparently, is not owned by the b&b management. There was a huge group eating right below our bedroom and children running and screaming all around the property until very late. We tried to wait until 1 a. M. To sleep, but the noise just kept going, so we were forced to call the restaurant from bed and ask for a little silence. The morning after, the b&b guests having breakfast were below our room at 8 a. M. And the noise just woke us up again. It was one of the worst stays that I can remember. For such a price (higher than the average of the surrounding b&bs) you would expect a little peace at night! After letting management know, we were offered a discount of a few euro, not enough to keep us from giving our feedback though, as our memory of the stay has been badly compromised by the noise.

Great place! Very nice reception! I had a really good time! Rich breakfast typical of the Tuscan Apennine!

It was my second visit: this place is a gem. It's beautiful, very clean and the views are astounding. It's really quiet and extremely comfortable … I'll be back soon, I hope.

Excellent site. Great cleanliness, excellent treatment. All top quality. To put some paste the Wi-Fi is deficient.
