➜ Traveling to Florence, I decided to leave the highway and stop at this restaurant found thanks to The Fork. At first I was very hesitant, the entrance and the décor gave me the impression of having happened in the classic restaurant of an old hotel. I had to reconsider. The service was accurate and friendly, the waiter gave great advice on the dishes and always wondered how the meal was progressing. The dishes were well executed, with handmade pasta and products of the place of first choice. The sponge kitten rolled up with filling of Chantilly cream and Gianduia (always prepared by them) taken for dessert was the highlight of the meal, something I would definitely recommend to try. The value for money that you have thanks to The Promotions made on The Fork (20% discount) It's really good. If you are travelling in those areas I would recommend stopping here for a good meal.
