My husband and I were impressed with the man who was at the front desk. The hotel has a contemporary feel and tastefully put together from everybody parking lot to the room.

Very high rating on booking. Com and here as well. Why, no idea. It is a kind of dormitory for workers around Florence. Very noisy, the walls are thin and you can hear all that’s going on in the adjacent room! Including running water! Really! A big flop for vacation. The staff is nice and friendly though.
