➜ Just returned from a wonderful stay in Tuscany. We stayed 4 nights at the "Podere Di Rosa". A stay made unique by Caterina and Paolo: two wonderful people. Very kind, helpful, attentive, Sunny and professional. They made us feel at home. Rich and tasty breakfasts. While Paolo was always careful not to miss anything, Caterina prepared us a different cake every morning. And then honey and local organic jams, as well as cold cuts and bread always fresh. Pleasant chats, valuable advice and directions. Always available, never intrusive. The room was clean and comfortable. Caterina took care to make our bed every morning (which is not obvious! )
Our idea was to immerse ourselves as much as possible in rural Tuscan life: to be able to stay in a familiar, warm environment, made unique by the people who live it. To be able to taste the products of the area and to ask for advice from those who live there every day. If we wanted an informal and aseptic structure we would have chosen a hotel in the center.
The location among other things is exceptional: in the first countryside, but very close to the center.
In five days we managed to make a quick tour, touching many of the places that we were interested in seeing (although quickly given the little time available) : from the average area of Garfagnana to Collodi and Pescia, and then move on to Versilia (Forte dei Marmi is a half hour away! ).

The breakfast in the morning is all organic and delicious. It was a pleasure to be back at Podere di Rosa, it's like feeling at home ❤️
We were at the Lucca Summer Festival for Zucchero, the next morning it was nice to talk about the fantastic concert 🎩 also experienced by Caterina and Paolo and other guests 😁
