We were very impressed from polite and professional service we received. Joanna was helpful and charming lady who is training to do his best to feel you comfortable and relaxed. The room was clean.

Gem. Layout is perfect. Large spaces felt like you were not sharing the space with others. Staff and management was next level and personable.

I discovered this little San Miniato gem in May of this year and I really loved it. It is clean, has modern touches, quiet, it is perfectly located in the town center and it is quite comfortable.

Loved this place for our 1 night during cycling tour. Fantastic evening meal, nice pool. Ask for a room with the valley view, much nicer. Breakfast could have a bit more choice.

It is a very pretty hotel. Very rustic but modern at the same time. The hotel is at the top of a hill via a steep gravel path which is easy to miss from the main road.

I went to "Le mammole " with my family for 3 nighs. Luca the owner was very welcomy from the beginning and he make sure to let feel us more comfortable as possible, showing us all the services.

At first we were sceptic, however we found ourselves wrong, Bellavista was amazing. Such a good location, all cities around are about 1h drive.

I booked with a friend for one night because we had to attend an event that same evening and we didn't want to risk traveling again immediately afterwards.

I was worried about staying here because of the bad reviews, but I think it was perfectly fine and fair value for money. It was a nice location and the room had what I needed for a one night stay.

I was yesterday for excursion of the francigena, Emanuele and 'very kind is available, the guest house is in a great location, room with air conditioning and private bathroom. Advised.

They have 3 rooms and 1 bathroom with the shower to share.
In my room I had a wc as well.
