Recomendations for comfortable and pleasant rest.

We checked into the hotel at around 6 AM and had informed the front desk of our intention to extend our stay for an additional night. However, by noon the next day, we were suddenly told that we had to leave the room within 10 minutes, and were informed at the front desk that there were no rooms available for extension.
Due to the amount of luggage we had, we were packing as quickly as we could. Yet, during this short time, we received four phone calls from the front desk urging us to leave. Each call became increasingly impolite, and during the final call, the staff actually raised their voice and told us that other guests were already waiting, and we must leave immediately.
We understand check-out procedures and respect hotel policies, but this kind of tone and attitude toward guests is completely unacceptable. We were not intentionally delaying our departure—we were simply trying to pack efficiently without leaving anything behind.
Additionally, we found that the amenities in the room were not satisfactory. The shampoo and body wash were only small travel-size containers, which were not nearly enough—especially for guests with long hair. It felt as if the hotel was cutting corners unnecessarily.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously. Every guest deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of the circumstances.

This hotel is clearly a former apartment complex that has been converted into a hotel. While having a private-style entrance without going through reception might seem appealing at first, several aspects are impractical or just unpleasant.
For example, there’s a kitchen hidden inside a locked cupboard that guests aren’t allowed to access, and some internal doors have been deliberately blocked to prevent them from closing. The room itself was nothing special — quite a few things were broken or didn’t work properly, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was visible dust everywhere, light switches were grimy to the touch, and overall, the cleaning felt rushed and superficial. For a paying guest, this is frustrating and unacceptable.
One thing that particularly upset me: the toilet had one of those paper strips saying “sanitised”, but when I lifted the seat, I found a long strand of hair (definitely not mine) right under it. That clearly means nobody had even looked under the seat — let alone cleaned it. So much for sanitisation.
The restaurant dining room was infested with mosquitoes — not just a nuisance, I was actually bitten multiple times during dinner, which turned the whole meal into an unpleasant and stressful experience.
Breakfast was actually decent, but unfortunately a couple of hours later I experienced stomach and intestinal discomfort. This raises concerns about hygiene in food preparation.

We were there for a couple of nights while touring Italy. The rooms were quiet and large. Best of all, it had air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable. We were easily able to get into town and hired a taxi a couple of times to see a couple of our bucket list items.

The room is smelly, the bed as well. All hotel ist in a no good condition. The badroom smells The edges are dirty. The elevator is very small. All in all I do not recommend a stay in this hotel. It needs a renovation. The garage is free but very narrow. Do not go there with a big car.

We were a group of fellow Rotarians from India and stayed for a night on 14th October 2024. While the rooms were okay but the breakfast served was terrible. Our group was served breakfast in a dingy room in the basement which was not a regular restaurant. We had given our preferences as Vegetarian while booking but there were no vegetarian options. No toaster was available for breads. The staff was very rude.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The 1st night the room had a weird smell but the front desk said they were completely full and they were not able to change our room. At breakfast in the morning one of the hotel staff from the front desk was yelling at another guest for eating in the wrong room and taking a bottle of water from the breakfast area. The water was free but he would not let it leave the breakfast room. We returned from our outing to our room and noticed a foul sewage smell in our room and hallway. We asked to change rooms. They stated they were completely full. We complained to a manager and tried to get them to come up to the room to smell our room. They would not. Finally our tour guide spoke to them and magically they found another room. We changed rooms and our 2nd room smelled like an ashtray. We were unable to breathe and had to open up the windows. We then received a phone call from the front desk, telling us to close the windows. We were unable to change rooms, but could not breathe in the smoke filled room. Alyssa say we got up early in the morning and left never wishing to go back and advised our Tour company of all the issues.

Location moderate, limited local transportation. Peaceful neighborhood, no activity around the area.
Breakfast was good but not much variation. The staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms average.

We checked in easy enough. The room was comfortable and sizable. The windows were large and let in quite a bit of fresh air. The room was clean. The lobby is nice and offered a few rooms to hang out. Breakfast here was great! They offered meats, cheeses and plenty of drinks.

Nice hotel, friendly personel! Nice large rooms.

Um good breakfast, comfortable bed and good showers.
