We stayed there for one night with a group.
Waking up in the morning, I kindly asked the reception where is the breakfast area, and they direct me to the front, in the ground floor. I started serving myself and a lady asked me what coffee I would like.
Half a minute later, she asked me which is my room. I tell her the number and she started shouting very rudely that I shouldn't eat there and I should go to the basement where the group brekafast is served. She grabbed my plate, and told me to go, making me feel very embarassed in front of other people eating quietly, as if I was a beggar or as if I wasn't a client of the hotel!
Later I went to the basement, where the breakfast for the group was very poor, with burnt tasteless coffee, stale bread, and non existent food variety.
The room had very dirty bed covers and sheets with many stains.
It is also very far from the city.
On the pros: The bathroom was clean and spacious though!
A night worker also came and checked immediately a failure in the room.

We booked through Booking, and price was all taxes included but at the check out they asked to pay extra for City Stay Taxes. This was very disappointing and not clear written any where. Room was fair for the price and breakfast as well, all clean.

Currently writing this review in their lobby, to say that this hotel doesn't deserve it's 4 stars is an understatement.
Outside of the hotel — the appearance of the hotel looks like it was abandoned 20 years ago or was caught in the Chernobyl incident. There were broken pavers everywhere with the lawn in abysmal condition and mold growing on their sign and building.
Interior — the interior of the lobby isn't to bad but it's everywhere else that's.
Horrible (apart for the lobby breakfast room if you can dine there). There seems to be what I can only described as damage to the walls everywhere, in the rooms, the downstairs breakfast room the hallways practically everywhere.
Rooms — whoever told you their rooms are nice must have got one of their only good three, beds kept creaking if I moved even just a finger, wall damage everywhere and the bathroom was practical but hadn't been upgraded since the hotel was originally built and I could hear everything in the room next door and the elevators moving all throughout the night.
Service — the service was alright, nice people but anytime I asked any question about the most simple of things they asked me what my room number was (which made me question security) and when we tried to go into the lobby floor breakfast room where other guests were (and wasn't full by far) they made my family goto the downstairs one with all the water damaged walls and chipped plates.
