Nice and clean rooms, new and well equipped bathroom. Powder for coffee and other instant hot drinks were restocked every day. Friendly owner.

The welcome from the manager, I believe the owner, was excellent, for professionalism, punctuality, availability and clarity. We saw the room together, very clean, comfortable despite the small size of the rooms, created from a historic residence. It is equipped with every comfort, including a mini bar, and is quiet.
The manager gave us vouchers to enjoy breakfast in a high quality pastry shop! Congratulations and thanks again.

B&B located in a super convenient location: a stone's throw away there is a pizzeria, an ice cream shop, a restaurant where you can eat meat, a pastry shop, a bar, the hospital etc and a 5/10 minute walk from the centre.
Luca the owner is very helpful and a serious person. As for the room, the mattress is so comfortable that I won't tell you, much appreciated is the fact that they change the towels every day and leave a bottle of water. The bathroom is large enough and includes the various courtesy kits.
Breakfast can be had in the pastry shop 1/2 minute walk away and it's out of this world.
All this at a really interesting price, perhaps even too little for the quality of the B&B.
P. S. For those coming by car, parking can easily be found along the avenue or in the nearby streets.

I have come several times for work, Mr. Luca handles every customer request in an attentive, honest and helpful way. Modern rooms, courtesy kit, breakfast in an excellent pastry shop next door and above all an unrivaled quality-price ratio compared to other establishments in the area. Excellent cleanliness. Beds with memory mattresses. Strategic location close to the station, hospital and city centre. I highly recommend it.

Best b&b I've stayed in so far. Brand new rooms just renovated with all comforts, very clean (not even a crumb on the floor), large spaces. Underfloor heating and independent air conditioning, king size beds, even disposable slippers and toothbrush + toothpaste included. The only flaw for which I didn't give five stars is the poor soundproofing: the walls are light and you can hear who comes and goes, as well as the conversations of the neighbors. A small, negligible flaw, however, if everyone is respectful of the peace of others. I definitely wouldn't think twice about staying again. Congratulations to the owner for his wise investment in attention to detail.

The structure is normal from the outside but when you enter it is very beautiful, well furnished as it was large with new furniture and many things available such as a kettle for water, biscuits, mineral water etc. Large and comfortable bathroom with everything you could need, very clean and also an excellent quality mattress. The owner very helpful in everything to manage arrival and departure times. Breakfast is taken in a pastry shop nearby so it's good and everything is always fresh, great place.
