Belcanto B&B

IT is one of the best places I have been. Roberta is a incredible hoster, who is looking finding to make you comfortable during your stay. She is always willing to recommend you good places around Toscana, and she wants you to really enjoy your stay in her house. She prepared a gorgeous breakfast as you can see in the photos. She suggested us to go to some good beaches, as well as good restaurants. She has a friendly dog, called Ziggy. I have no doubt she will succeed with her hospital lot.
The place is one hour by car to the beach, and is surrounded by beautiful montains. Good place to disconnect and relax.

Dear Mrs. Roberta is extremely kind and hospitable, very affectionate Ziky! Splendid, elegantly furnished room with brand new bathroom. Excellent abundant breakfast. Silence, peace, good starting point for Larderello, Volterra, S. Gimignano and wonderful Maremma. In the village there is only one pizzeria for dinners which closes on Mondays.

I would like to point out that my review has no ulterior motive, neither competitive nor any other purpose, I was a guest in this facility for work reasons.
In my opinion, the person who manages the facility doesn't have the slightest idea of ​​what cleanliness and hospitality mean. I asked for vegetable milk and it was kindly offered to me, but it's a shame that when I asked for cereals these contained live insects. I initially overlooked the incident, simply pointing it out to the person who manages this facility without making any controversy.
At the end of my stay the person who manages the facility had the courage to point out to me that there was no correct behavior on my part as I would have used both beds in my room (with the suspicion that I could have let another person to sleep in my room).
I actually used both beds unaware that this could create so many problems in a hospitality facility, but only me slept in my room. It makes me think that maybe the person who runs this establishment doesn't change the linens as they should?
Is the cost of washing some laundry probably worth more than having a clean room for the guest to come? (especially in the times we are living in, cleanliness should come first in a hospitality facility).
