I stayed here for 10 days whilst studying Italian in Pistoia. My stay could not have been more comfortable and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean.

Spent three nights there. Beautiful building and rooms, quiet and perfectly connected to the Therme. Separate „normal“ pool on the other side of the building is also very nice.

This is an absolute gem. Fairly priced for what you get — pools and more pools, great breakfasts, and the included water experience is just fantastic.

Large rooms, a nice pool, good breakfast, and above all, a great location. However, I completely recommend avoiding the restaurant. Expensive and tasteless.

Comfortable, clean and peaceful rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, the hotel's pool is excellent and there is a restaurant opposite the hotel. We felt very comfortable as a family.

Hotel located outside Pistoia but in an ideal position for visiting the city or the various places nearby (Montecatini, Collodi, Lucca, Florence…).

Stunning villa, the Lady will welcome you and help you in your stay without being intrusive. Warm and welcoming rooms, an incredible dive into the past. Super recommended.

My experience was excellent. Villa di Malpasso is an enchanting place, with attention to every detail, where the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

Such a beautiful location, stunning views, the room was spacious and comfortable, the food at the bar was so delicious we had dinner there 2 nights in a row.

The location is amazing, beautiful country side but not too far from Pistoia city center and close to Firenze, Lucca and some beaufitul little villages.
The staff was lovely and really kind.

The room was very typical from Toscane, with an excellent bed, a well organized bathroom, efficient air conditionning and nice decoration.
The personnel was very kind and nice.

Staying in an 18th century villa doesn't happen often and we really appreciated it. The building, soberly renovated, and the surroundings are truly beautiful.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon just a few weeks ago, and out of the five places in Italy we stayed, this was by far our favorite. The house, down to every detail, gives off a Tuscan vibe.

We had a great few days at this place. Ok so the pool areas are a little fading and could do with a facelift. But the rooms were large and clean.

The location the breakfast location was offsite but enjoyable & the city.
No safety box, terrible pillows & no kettle when we were advised that the apartment had one.

Fabio and Theresa were great hosts. They were friendly and helpful. This location is very walkable and the Inn provides free nearby parking. The location is close to the city center and very walkable.
